Saw the mixed reviews but still giving it a try and validated some of the negative reviews.

We came here around 2pm on Sunday. There were other two tables there and were there hours before us. We ordered and sat down for more than one hour and our food still didn’t come…and they haven’t started cooking our food yet. How do we know? Because the table next to us mentioned that they’ve been here for 2 hours and some dishes still didn’t come. So the kitchen was still cooking their food. As they only have one person cooking in the kitchen and also serving at the same time, it was not a surprise. What’s the point if you came with a group and couldn’t eat at the same time?

Like other comments say - it does have a potential…with such a prime location. Gave a 1 star as it’s a waste of our time.

I recently stumbled upon this charming local bar in Georgina, Ontario, during a lunch outing, and it completely exceeded my expectations for a small-town establishment.

Took the trip to Sharelamd Bar last night. Was a little skeptical when we pulled up, as the building looked like a house more than a restaurant, but my doubts disappeared when I walked through the door.
The room is spacious, clean, and inviting looking.
We were out on the patio where the band was playing. The patio is large and offers a covered section as well as tables with umbrellas as well as picnic tables beside the docks that offered lovely sun set view.
The food was exceptionally good! I ordered 9pc wings and fries. They could add a few more fries to the plate but still was an ample portion.
Menu has a lot to choose from, and prices are VERY reasonably priced, too!
They were just really good, and I kinda wanted a few more.
The band was great and not too loud. Of course, there is room for improvement in regards to advertising upcoming events.
Service was good. It was the young man's first night working there. He did okay and made sure tables were cleared. He checked if we needed another drink or anything. Polite and attentive. He will do well with a little practice. He's friendly and approachable.
The owner Martam was there too. She is such a nice woman. Very friendly and nice to speak with.
If you are in the area, it's worth stopping in for a bite and / or some live music.
I will definitely be back when I'm up there.

I went to this restaurant, seeing their good reviews. The place was all empty and an old man served me at this place.

The quantity and quality of the food was worse for the amount paid. The fish in the fish n chips was burned and no tartar sauce was provided.

Huge Disappoinment.Never coming back.

I live 4 minutes away and will never return after the experience I had. The food could have been cooked better by a 10 year old, and it took over an hour and a half to get one appetizer, a burger, and a sandwich. The manager tried, but this place needs an incredible amount of work. So very disappointing.

PUBLIC HEALTH INSPECTION NEEDED ASAP!!!

Nobody should ever eat here. The Public Health Inspector will be called immediately.
This place is absolutely filthy! The kitchen is disgusting. Just look at the kitchen windows from the outside and you will get an idea of the sad state of this rat trap! Speaking of rodents, the front door was wide open, the back door was wide open and still the smell of mold and sewage was overpowering!

To the owners of this property: SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN, KICK OUT THE TENANTS AND BRING IN A CLEANING CREW! With some power cleaning, a renovation and a trained chef, this could be a gold mine but this is a liability and a public safety risk. What a terrible shame!

The old woman who claims to own this place is unreasonable. The moment I pull into the parking lot, she rushed out from the restaurant faster than Bolt and yelling for $10 parking fee. When I asked her about the parking fee, she starts to play dumb as she does not know how to speak English.

I doubt this is a good restaurant since the owner is so focused on collecting parking fees.
