I recently visited Skin Vitality Medical Clinic in Ajax for fillers and Botox, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease.

The nurse who did my treatment was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She explained the process thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

The results are amazing — natural, refreshed, and exactly what I wanted. I look and feel rejuvenated without it being too obvious, which was very important to me. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and has a very relaxing atmosphere.

I highly recommend Skin Vitality Ajax to anyone considering fillers or Botox. Their team is skilled, professional, and truly cares about achieving the best results for their clients. I’ll definitely be back!

Skin Vitality is a beautiful facility that have very pleasant professional staff. They explained the procedure that I requested and there was no pressure to get anything extra. I went to Skin Vitality for my first Botox ever. They were very kind and patient. All staff was super friendly and professional. I will definitely be back when I need a top up. Price is very competitive from what I researched on line. Highly recommended.

Horrible laser hair removal experience from start to finish. Only redeemable thing was the techs who actually did my treatments.

They have yu wait 20-30min every time, even if you’re on time to your appointment.

The patient consultant told me that I would be paying over $2000 per session for a full body session. I kindly declined and left, she later called me to say that they could do it for $199 plus tax per session.

They also never mentioned that they believe it takes 6 hours for full body laser hair removal and that I would be expected to book two separate sessions (top half, bottom half) instead of doing everything all at once. They mentioned all this after I had already prepaid for a package of 5 sessions. I was able to convince them to let me do everything at once and the appointments never took more than 2.5hrs.

Every time I booked, they told me that although I was booked in, I wasn’t booked in for full body and was missing some parts. I clarified this to them every time that I only ask for full body and I always ask for the ajax location. Even though it is their mistake, they always tell me that they don’t know if there is time to fit in an actual full body session.

For my fourth session, they cancelled three times. They cancelled twice because of the tech being sick (notified me the morning of my appointment both times) and then they booked me at the wrong location by mistake and expected me to drive from Ajax to Richmond hill, even though they admitted it was their mistake. This messed up the progress of my treatments as I couldn’t book for another month.

The treatment results have been incredibly disappointing. The machine seems old and does not provide good results compared to other places. It feels like I have wasted over $1000!!

The customer service team and patient consultants are incredibly rude and difficult to speak to.

The techs have been amazing, they’re friendly & make you feel comfortable. I would recommend the techs to everyone but not the clinic overall.

Save your money & time!!! There’s definitely better places out there. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had my 2nd Morpheus treatment at this location today. My 1st treatment was done at the Toronto location. Compared between 2 of them, I prefer Ajax location better. The lady did numbing step on me perfectly that I even did not feel any pain when having Morpheus treatment at all. The technician after that cleaned my skin very well before applying treatment while the other location did not do it. My treatment today went pretty smooth, no pain at all. I just now hope to see a result after couple months.
