I’m giving two stars because I do appreciate this company and had a good very clear experience the first time I had gone, the injector was extremely clear about what she was doing and made the experience lovely for me, so for that visit I’d give 5 stars. However I recently came back to get a touch up, and I felt as though I had walked into a completely different clinic. I was very specific about what treatments and what areas I was wanting to get in this visit, I specifically asked for a consultation as I was also interested in trying something new. Upon my visit I was l told to go directly to the treatment room, no consultation. Naturally I asked why there was no consultation and the nurse told me she was trying to give me a sped up version. This made 0 sense as I had waited for 20 minutes for my appointment. I also found it really odd to give a sped up version of a procedure regarding my face. And then she asked me if I was getting Botox. How can you skip a consultation when you don’t even know what service you’re providing. I don’t want to completely give up hope for this company because my initial visit was so lovely. I will say I’ll never be back at this location though.

Absolutely Awesome Customer service, right from when you enter to receiving services. They never had had any high pressure strategies to make you sign up for services, they take the time to get to know you and what your looking to accomplish and make sure you understand about their services that they provide. They are very accommodating with making sure you can afford the services and they are very reasonably priced, and offer great discounts on packaged deals. You will not be disappointed at all.

I have been going to skin vitality for a couple of years now and love my results. Staff is always friendly and complimentary before the work is done. Interested free payment plans are offered. I wouldn’t be able to pamper myself otherwise!! Definitely recommend.

UPDATE: I filed a BBB complaint and Skin Vitality gave a generic FALSE response saying things about the contract that were not true and stated I was verbally told about the cancellation policies which I was not! It was never mentioned in the consultation! Also, I advised them that I confirmed I'm pregnant and can not safely have anything done and they have completely ignored that. Never acknowledged it! What type of business refuses to look at a client case by case and make reasonable exceptions? I'm in disbelief and appalled. Look on BBB and there are several other complaints about this payment plan and how people are locked into it without any exceptions.

I had an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience with Skin Vitality in St. Catharines. I went in for a consultation March 21 2025 and was offered a "zero money down" payment plan through Affirm. What they failed to mention was that this plan is non-cancellable. *They did not tell me I could not make any changes to the plan, they did not mention anything about exchange policies or refund policies - NOTHING!* I was guided through the Affirm setup on my phone *while sitting in the consultation office in front of the lady* before signing any paperwork and then *outside by the front counter* I was handed a document flipped upside down, told to sign it—no explanation, no transparency. I take responsibility for not reading both sides of the paper, but their approach was clearly designed to rush the process. *It comes across intentionally misleading and like a money grab scheme*

Only *15 minutes* after leaving the clinic, I called to cancel because I felt overwhelmed and realized I wasn't ready to commit to lip filler. I’ve never had anything done to my face, and the anxiety hit me hard. At this point, no payment had been processed and no service was rendered. Still, they absolutely refused to cancel the Affirm contract.

I’ve gone back and forth with their patient care team and there has been zero empathy or flexibility. They continue to insist that I signed and must pay—even though I reached out immediately. *They said because they received the money from Affirm already to purchase the product (lip filler) they cannot refund it. How does that make sense if I canceled before they could process anything and I never had the filler done?* The only option they offered was to use the credit on a different service, which I do not want. I don’t feel comfortable having anything else done with a clinic that treats people this way. *To be clear, I have had services done with Skin Vitality in the past and those services cost more than the lip filler but this is a matter of principle, ethical business practice, customer service and patient care.*

The fact that they have no refund policy and refuse to work with Affirm to cancel a plan when no services were provided is appalling. *I spoke to affirm and they said they would have provided a refund but it's up to the stores policies. If Skin Vitality returned the money to Affirm right away when I reached out then Affirm would have canceled the payment plan all together. Now I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place of throwing away money to this company when I medically can not have any services done and do not want any service done or risk ruining my credit* This situation is absolutely ridiculous!

They clearly care more about profit than people. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear. Their customer service is cold, dismissive, and completely lacks compassion.

Avoid Skin Vitality at all costs.

This is my first time doing this kind of treatment. I had thought about for years. The staff is very friendly and nice. They made me feel comfortable. I can't wait to see the final results.

This is not specific to this locations but in general Skin Vitality. I have booked 3 sessions and already paid for Fraxel laser treatment last 2023 and to this day I have not finished my sessions because IT IS A PAIN TO BOOK WITH THEM. I initially booked this because it was near my location but they no longer have the machine in this location. I have to drive 2-3 hrs away and I cant even get a booking and I cant get a refund as well? My God if I knew it is going to be this hard to get what I paid for I would have NEVER chose this clinic!!!
