Highly recommend Skinfolio and booking with Ankita!! The owner and staff are all knowledgeable and care about every clients’ skins needs and desires. I have been seeing Ankita for some time now and I have seen visible transformations. She is very knowledgeable about latest technologies and various approaches to complex skin challenges. Every time I come in, I feel like I have had tremendous uplift with my skin and much more. Trina is so friendly and so organized and professional. They are so attentive to questions and making treatments work for you. Treat yourself and book an appointment at Park Royal and continue with their membership, there is so much savings, you will not regret!

I’ve been thinking about posting this review for a while because I’ve had decent experiences with Skinfolio in the past, which is why I returned. But unfortunately, my most recent encounter with them was horrible.

I came in for Botox and shortly after, developed a severe breakout/infection/reaction across my forehead - from the botox - that lasted for a month and a half. I work in entertainment so this affected my work opportunities. I emailed them with photos, and was only told to send more images — no real help, no explanation, and no proper follow-up. I even went to the clinic twice hoping to speak to a doctor, but no one was available either time. There was no follow up. I called multiple times leaving messages and again no follow up. The ghosted me.

What’s most disappointing is the complete lack of care or concern. There was no attempt to check in, follow up, or offer any real support. It honestly felt like as soon as there was an issue, they ghosted me.

For a professional medical aesthetics clinic, I expected more responsibility, communication, and compassion. Sadly, I can't recommend Skinfolio based on this experience.

I came here today for the first time for a facial and I must admit I had such an amazing experience! The staff was so knowledgable and patient with me and my concerns. They listening to my needs and examined my skin with care. I love that they have customizable facials to give you exactly what you need! I also wanted to get my lips done to even out my smile.. (it’s so uneven) little did I know Dr.Amanda explained to me that my left jaw clenches tighter than my right so we got Botox to help with that! I was so afraid to get any work done and love that they start small and give you the option to come back and get more. I definitely recommend coming here Dr. Amanda is so lovely!
