Worst experience ever!!!!
Doreen Did my face laser and she is so rude and treated me so badly.
Her words were: “it’s laser obviously it’s going to hurt”😞
When I asked to talk to the owner she said she owns this place.
The receptionist was so confused as she already told me that the manager was someone else!!!
They were trying to change me extra making me fool.
Don’t ever go to this place!!!! So bad it’s a scam.
They charge extra to put money in their own pockets.
I have done laser before with Kim and she is so nice and helpful!

Folks don’t trust their reviews it is all fake. And they are hiding my review but I will post everyday so you don’t get scammed.
If anybody sees my review and the comments of the owner blaming me is not true at all. I can post any pictures of any no show fees that I paid already. These ppl are scammer.

Today was my last laser appointment with skin Visual Med Spa the only reason I was coming to my appointments all the way from Langley was, their laser technician Alena. She is the only one that does laser good and with professionalism. She is so much patient and concentrated, but I had and an awful experience with their management is very poor. I bought a package of sessions, but they never informed me when my sessions were nearing expiration. Although last month I talked with them and asked them about how many sessions I have remaining and on my each appointment, but they never reminded me about the expiry of them soon. As a result, I lost out on several treatments because they didn't provide any reminders or updates. From 12 sessions I did 3 and they expired all 8 sessions. They charged me a lot for my under arms not telling me that I didnt had remained any packag left before booking. When I reached out to them, their response was unhelpful and dismissive. They said there are thousands of customer and we can’t tell you which I don’t think they have that much customers. The management is unprofessional for the service that relies on customer trust and satisfaction, their lack of communication and poor management practices are unacceptable.

I really enjoyed visiting. I went in with my sister for the oxy illuminating facial It was super relaxing. My skin feels super rejuvenated. Dorin was very helpful and educating me about skin care I really appreciate her and the services here thank you so much.

This was by far the worst facial experience I’ve ever had. I went in to maintain my skin's health, and at the time, I had absolutely no acne—just mild fungal acne on my forehead. I was hoping to treat that, but instead, my skin has gotten significantly worse. I had my facial in November, and since then, my skin has been in the worst condition it's ever been. I had acne in high school, but nothing like this. My skin had been clear since 2020, and this breakout is unlike anything I've seen. I haven't changed anything in my routine except for this facial. I've gotten facials done before from other places and I have NEVER broken out. In fact, it actually helped my skin. I even tried to reach out to them and explain the situation to see if they could help with another facial or refund me for the original facial, but they refused and blamed me instead. They were very hostile and dismissive. Worst customer service. Please be very cautious before booking here.
