Je suis satisfaite de l'hôtel,après avoir lu les critiques je ne savais pas si j'avais fait un bon choix.La chambre est d'une bonne grandeur,lit king et matelas très ferme,j'aime bien.Pas de bain(qui veux tremper dans un bain d'hôtel de toute façon) seulement une grande douche.Le problème est le manque de pression d'eau,c'est ridicule,j'ai dû dévisser la pomme de douche pour me laver les cheveux...mais faut être débrouillard.Par contre tout était très propre,même la cafetière.Pas de tache sur le tapis.TV écran plat.A/C qui fonctionne bien.Le déjeuner serait à revoir,comme il y avait beaucoup de clients(un dimanche matin)il n'y avait plus de fruit,pas de décaf non plus,c'est le réceptionniste qui avait l'air de s'occuper de tout et il était visiblement débordé.Ce que j'ai mangé était bon malgré tout.Encore une fois l'hôtel est très propre.

We visited during renovations, which didn't affect us at all. Close to the downtown area and near restaurants and coffee places. The room was clean, modern, and had all the necessities. The front desk staff was great, polite, and personable. We had a heating issue in the room and quickly fixed it. They had a mini breakfast station set up if we wanted in the morning. I'm glad we stayed here.

Positive: Stayed here before and would likely stay again, the staff are friendly and nice. Negative: The hotel is under going renovations and partially completed, the staff talked up how nice the renovated areas were, however even though there were very few guests we were giving a room in the under renovation area and the room was in need of a makeover.

The hotel is under renovation and that is poorly managed and the whirlpool tub in our room wasn't cleaned correctly and black stuff came out of the air jets. ||The construction is a mess. Had to walk though past tools and materials and trades weren't even working that day. ||Used mattresses were really gross to pass in the hallway. ||Booked one night in the king suite with the whirlpool tub. Used the tub. Turned it off and when we drained it little black blobs about the size of a peppercorn came out of all of the jets. ||Should have taken photos and asked for a refund. ||Room was.otherwise clean and the bed was comfortable or this review would be 1 instead of 2. ||We won't be back.

One night stay on Saturday, easy access, good parking, very friendly staff. we were in the refurbished part, nice room, new electronics, great shower except no place to put soap bars. bed was very comfortable. Good WIFI and tv. Breakfast simple but sufficient for me.

We had a great stay! Clean, comfy rooms, but Ashley at the front desk was the highlight of our stay!! Not only professional and hospitable but HILARIOUS and had us laughing during every interaction.

The rooms are clean and recently renovated. Friendly service from all the staff. The cost was reasonable.
There is a free cold breakfast and everything is good quality. The coffee is very good and free 24hrs. (It maybe that all the breakfast is free 24 hrs)
The only negatives are that the toilet seat needs replacing and the was no screen on the window.

We recommend the sleep inn.
