Called in today looking for an item before I made the trip in. I was so impressed with how they checked to see if they had the item in stock. And they were very courteous about it. Service like this is disappearing. So nice to get that. It didn’t go unnoticed!!!

I love the bake shop ... they have fresh bread everyday and so the meat shop.....it's clean and have a very huge parking will amazed you...Sobys so Canadian...Guaranteed Fresh Daily.

Nice Sobeys store. My wife and I have visited lots of Sobeys grocery stores and this is one of the better ones. It’s well lit and clean. The store is well stocked and maintained. Our experience was good. Our interaction with the staff was limited but good. There is plenty of parking available. We have already been here twice and it has been great. Everything for food is here that you would want or need.

Sobeys in Sylvan Lake is a great place for groceries, and the Swiss Roll section is a real treat! The rolls are fresh and delicious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A perfect stop for shopping and a sweet snack!

Rough rude staff…typical of what you would expect in central Alberta! Produce is always less than fresh….me thinks they need some competition to help them step up! Too bad bc Sylvan Lake is a cute little community.

Good selection, clean with a variety of local products available. Be aware they only offer 90s style paper bags with no handles, so unless you have reusable bags, be ready to carry awkward bags in your arms.
