Pros: The interior design and general vibe of this place is exactly what we were looking for. It had a relaxed and accessible sauna and cold plunge, an on-site coffee and wine/alcohol bar, an outdoor patio and lounge space, ample parking, and the room was cozy and surprisingly quiet as it’s in an old house. ||Cons: We were visiting on a Saturday night so we didn’t expect that they closed the bar area at 9 pm. We were really looking forward to using the sauna and then resting by the fire but we had all of 10 minutes before the propane ran out and the (kind) staff at the desk said she couldn’t locate more. That was super disappointing as this was one of the advertised features and really an important part of spending time on the patio at night. Hopefully they’ll make sure to have extra propane because we definitely felt the experienced lacked in a big way without the fire. Another con was the size of the bathroom. Although nicely decorated, it was so tiny and I could really see it being prohibitive for larger people. The sink is so tiny that when I tried to wash my face water dipped on the floor. We couldn’t fill up our water bottles because of the sink design as well. ||Overall: A nice trendyish place to stay in downtown Collingwood. Close to lots of great bars and restaurants and even a yoga studio next door. Would stay again.

My husband, our dog and I really enjoyed our stay at Somewhere Inn Collingwood!.

Overall, the facilities are well appointed, clean and comfortable. It is nice to have access to the Lobby Bar for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. The outdoor area with seating and hammocks was a nice touch, and appreciated by our dog!

The rooms are spacious and well decorated. We have nothing but good things to say about the staff, who were very accommodating to us and helped us extend our stay another night because we were having such a blast.

We would certainly return to Somewhere Inn next time we are in Collingwood!

Somewhere Inn in Collingwood is just lovely. We travelled with our young child and the staff were very sweet and accommodating to all of us. ||Spotless room and facilities. Comfy bed, pillows, with really warm and relaxing interior. ||Great amenities on site including the thermal cycle. Having the lobby bar fully stocked for morning and night is a great touch. ||It’s walkable to everything, and their own outdoor space is very relaxing. Hello s’mores by the fire!||Thank you for a great stay; we’ll definitely be back.

There simply are not enough superlatives to adequately describe how pleased we were with our stay at Somewhere Inn Collingwood. The room was lovely and clean, the service was impeccable and the attention to detail was spot on. I loved the ability to text with any questions/assistance needed. Check in/out was an absolute breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio and the live music. I highly recommend this boutique hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing escape from everyday life. You will not be disappointed. We can’t wait to visit again.

We celebrated our anniversary in Collingwood and stayed at the Inn. We loved the room, and the soaker tub, of course. The relaxed easy-going atmosphere was just what we were looking for. Great location - surrounded by restaurants and shops and close to trails. We look forward to our next stay.

We’ve never stayed in downtown collingwood before and were pleasantly surprised. The inn feels like a little escape. Surrounded my trees and twinkle lights on a quiet street. ||The beds were super comfy, room was clean and so full of character. Bathroom was tight - but it’s a unique old home, we expected it.||All you need to do is text and in minutes you have answers to which is the best place for brunch, the best bakery, the best walk!! Wonderful service!

Some of the best on site amenities you never realized you would be looking for in a hotel. Sauna, cold plunge, hammocks, outdoor chairs and tables, yard games, beautiful rooms, lobby bar and patio (live music on Sundays), free yoga Saturday morning in the yard, pastries available in the morning and more.

On top of all of this, the service was excellent and the front desk staff were always able to answer my questions both in person and through text.

The rooms are gorgeous. The hotel is a historic home which brings all the charm it can muster.

On top of all of that, it’s dog friendly and has clear inclusion statements and policies.
