Best Mexican Food in Ladner – Authentic, Delicious & Affordable!

Hands down the best traditional Mexican restaurant in Ladner! We’re still dreaming about the queso-birria tacos—crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, especially when dipped in that rich consommé. Everything we tried tasted homemade: the chicken tortilla soup was comforting and the soft tacos were fresh, healthy, and easy to share.

Service was quick and friendly, even with counter-style ordering. They’ve got a great selection of drinks too, from Mexican sodas to authentic cervesas. We even ordered a big plate of nachos to go—fully loaded and insanely good.

If you're craving authentic Mexican food near Vancouver without the downtown prices, this local spot in Ladner is a must-try!

Good food all around. Got there 35 minutes to closing time. They still served us which was nice. We initially intended to go to another restaurant but saw the sign and decided to come here instead.
The chips and salsa were served immediately and the chips were heated. The carne asada was good and so was the quesadilla.
And the place is immaculately clean. Thumbs up 👍🏼

Have only had the tacos here a few times. Only local Mexican restaurant selling authentic tacos in lower mainland that I’ve been to. Highly recommend the Baja fish tacos, fish was freshly fried and flavours were excellent. Only thing is tacos are quite small for the $4 price each (but taco size is consistent with authentic Mexican street tacos so can’t really complain there)

Our go to place for tacos in Ladner. The prices are decent and the service is great. You have to order and pay first at the counter and they bring the food to your table. We ordered fish, carne asada tacos and the Sonora Plate. The horchata is a must try. They occasionally make ceviche so when it’s available try it! We will be back soon.

Very tasty. Authentic Mexican (or at least my take on authentic Mexican)

The presentation of the food was amazing & super delicious. The quality of the food, you would think you were dining at a higher priced establishment.

Seems like a very popular spot with locals. Was very busy on a Thursday night. It was a full house! A table became available to us after a few mins of waiting.

I haven't had a good meal in almost a week. I saw this place as I pulled into triple os and made a quick detour. I am not kidding when I tell you, I ate a quarter of my meal and the serotonin and dopamine started flooding back into my brain. I was smiling again. The hope of a new day was looking brighter.
This food is fantastic. I left a totally changed human being.

This place has a great atmosphere with the music, lots of room to sit, and most importantly the food is fantastic! Fresh and full of flavor. The staff are very polite and friendly. It's a great spot to eat in between my trips to Mexico ❤️. Love this place and highly recommended!

This little Gem in Ladner is absolutely delicious! Family owned and run, tacos are amazing, the Cuban Cabano torta is SO Good and very filling.
Staff and always up for a chat, very personal and friendly.
UPDATE!
I feel so rewarded as a parent! My children both told me, Why go to Rotten Ronnie’s, The Golden Arches, Mackers or fast food palace. When we can eat fresh and tasty food for the price!! It’s healthier, and just better for you Dad.
