I LOVE IT! Best experience in years. First of all, the color was a beautiful shade of red with glitters. Second of all, it stayed on for two entire weeks, no chipped edges or anything. Third of all, the nail techs were super nice, especially Sasha, who did my gorgeous nails. Lastly, the smell wasn’t too strong. I’m usually super sensitive with strong scents, but this didn’t make me uncomfortable at all, definitely recommend.

I came in for a Classic Manicure using a $60 gift card, expecting a relaxing and complete experience as described - hand soak, proper nail and cuticle care, callus work, arm massage, and polish. Unfortunately, the service I received didn’t reflect that at all.

There was no hand soak, the cuticle work was rushed, and the nail shaping was uneven. The technician used a drill to remove dry skin around my nails, but there was no real callus work as outlined in the description—no soaking or softening of rough areas on the hands, which is what I expected.

The polish application took quite a while, but not because it was done precisely—it was just slow, and the polish didn’t even reach the ends of my nails. The massage with melted shea butter lasted about 90 seconds per arm, which felt more like a formality than the “luxurious” massage advertised.

I also asked for gel polish with French tips on just four fingers (same color as the base), and at the end, I was told there would be a $20 extra charge plus tax, bringing my out-of-pocket cost to $28. This was never mentioned beforehand, which felt unfair for such a minor design request.

To be fair, Sasha—the technician—was kind and soft-spoken throughout, and I believe she was trying her best. But overall, I paid $88 for a service that was incomplete, lacked transparency, and fell far below the standards set by their own description.

I left disappointed and don’t plan to return.

I had an amazing pedicure here. I didn’t need to get polish as I was having a foot surgery two days later but wanted to get my feet and nails in great shape before the surgery. My aesthetician gave me an incredible foot and lower leg massage and shaped my nails and got my feet looking beautiful. Great products, quiet and peaceful atmosphere

Sasha was meticulous with every detail, ensuring that the finish was flawless. The cat eye effect was stunning, with a beautiful, shifting shimmer that catches the light in the most elegant way. My nails look chic and sophisticated, and I’ve received so many compliments already. Sasha really knows how to bring your nail design ideas to life with precision and creativity.

Overall, Spa A’lita provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance is serene, the staff are friendly and professional, and the services are top-notch.
