My sciatica was at its worst and I couldn't sleep through the pain. One deep tissue massage from Zoe has already improved things substantially. Looking forward to more treatments. And the price point is excellent for the service.

Seriously the best Spa for a body massage! I've been to a lot of places and will continue being a dedicated customer here! If you need a deep tissue massage or relaxation or anything for that matter go here!

I followed Zoe here from another spa. She's awesome! As are the others!

I have no words to describe how amazing my experience was here. I got a relaxation massage with a mini facial after, and I've never felt better in my life. After reading all the reviews, I booked a relaxation massage and mini facial. My practitioner was Mary. She was trained in Hong Kong, has been in the industry over 30 years, and has the confident, heavy hands to prove it. Regardless of my request for less pressure, Mary seemed convinced I needed a deep tissue massage given all the knots. Unfortunately for both of us, this caused me to break into full body anxiety sweats multiple times and get a leg cramp. It's the day after as I write this and although my muscles do feel more limber, I am bruised, as is normal for me after deep tissue massage.

Be prepared to leave your dignity at the door. At one point, Mary hopped onto the table and straddled my legs (I was mortified). Twice during the treatment, someone else came into the room while I had nothing more than a small towel draped over my legs (Mortified again).

As for spa music, there was one soothing song, then a Tim Hortons commercial, then the music stopped and the rest of my appointment was spent listening to the sounds from a business next door (First world prob, I know).

A product used during the facial made my skin sting, and another smelled like roses (my least favourite aroma), but my skin did feel hydrated and soft after.

The price point is very fair for their services. They do charge a nominal fee to pay with a credit card. Ample free parking. Five stars for how sweet and friendly the staff are.

This was not the Western-style spa experience I'm used to, but I'm glad I tried something different and was happy to support a local small business.
