Very overpriced pedicure compared to other places ($80, other places charge $45 and do a much better job). I just checked my shellac pedicure polish, and its all smudged and all over my toes. This should never happen with properly cured polish. Very sloppy job. I wont be back.

I’ve been coming here for 8 years and love using baby for my brows but my most recent experience was very poor. I booked a last minute appointment and was told I could come get my eyebrows done right before they closed. When I got there, I was told the appointment hadn’t been booked and they couldn’t confirm who I spoke with. While I understand things happen, I would’ve appreciate more sympathy and better customer service to rectify the situation … especially since I rushed to get there right before they closed.

Great place. I get my nails and brows done with Karme, she's fantastic. She always makes sure that I am satisfied with the results before I leave. She's very personable and does great work. I'm one week out of this shellac manicure and it's still holding up great, no peeling or chipping.

A perfect mix of professional and warm atmosphere. The staff are very knowledgeable and experienced whenever I go for waxing and threading. The skincare line they carry is phenomenal and easy to understand. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for skincare product.

Had an absolutely wonderful spa day here. It's a serene, quiet place considering the location, very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. The manicure and pedicure were very relaxing, and very well done. The relaxation massage was literally the best massage I've had in my life, Kristine was absolutely wonderful and kind and worked out some trouble knots which was much appreciated. The facial was awesome, and my skin feels and looks fantastic afterwards. Highly recommend this place. You won't regret it.

Came here for a massage. While the staff was nice, I did not realize they were not trained RMTs, so the massage was not as enjoyable or effective as I was hoping for. To be fair, the receptionist explained that this is noted upon booking, but unfortunately someone else booked on my behalf so I was not aware of it. Had I known this, I would not have booked. I unfortunately would not recommend this place for massage, because the service was very overpriced for the skill level and the quality of the massage itself.

I have given a review for this spa before and for some reason it was not posted. I have been coming to Phamtastic nails for 20 years (when Lillian owned it) and cannot say enough about the wonderful staff they have. If you go, ask for Baby if you want a pedicure, eyebrow threading, or waxing. She is absolutely the best and is the reason I keep going back as the salon is nowhere near my house. Sandra is also great for manicures and nails! If you want friendly, professional and efficient service definitely go to this salon. The staff are amazing especially Baby!!!
