Receptionist was so friendly on the phone to help me book my consultation, and when i walked in she greated me very kindly! Dr. Soo was kind during the consultation. Heavily recommend this clinic!

Earlier today I had a consultation appointment booked with Dr. Soo at the Maple Ridge clinic regarding Botox/Nucieva. This was my first time in the clinic. I made it very clear when I booked the appointment over the phone that it would be for a consultation only however fully prepared to book another appointment for the actual procedure in 2 or 3 weeks' time. I don't like my time wasted so I don't intend to waste the time of others. The clinic itself is lovely and appears to be very clean and professional. I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner by the owner which, again, gave me a very good overall first impression. That being said I cannot say the same for my consultation with Dr. Soo. She was very unfriendly. She did not bother to properly introduce herself or even say "nice to meet you". She had me sit in the chair; she remained standing with her arms folded in front of her. I received very curt responses to the questions that I had. In a tone that I was stupid for asking these questions. She did not bother to pick up the mirror to show me what she had in mind for my injections which is typically done at clinics in order to SELL the product to the customer. When I asked about Botox for the masseter muscle with regards to facial slimming, how long it lasted and the expense, I received a response that it's for jaw clenching and she said something along the lines of "I don't know who told you that" even though it is marketed for facial slimming on the Spa Tru Instagram. I literally walked out with a lump in my throat. Needless to say, I won't be back.

**UPDATE: The owners gross response to my review is a flat out LIE. I was not even given a few minutes to discuss why I would not be a suitable candidate. And if I'm not a suitable candidate than why was this discussed in detail when I had my appointment at EverYoung Laser & Skin Clinic in Port Coquitlam as a possible option in the future and done so with kindness and professionalism. The end result being EverYoung received my business/money and Spa Tru did not for a very good reason.

Really happy with the last two treatments done by Hanna. One was the E2 the next was the micro needling. If you want to see results, go see her.

I have had several treatments at spa tru such as IPL, facials and the skin tightening treatment . I have always been happy with the customer service , pricing and most importantly the results !
