The lounge and my technician were lovely, but I was very disappointed with the outcome of my gel manicure. I paid $114 + tax and tip for a manicure that chipped 2 days later.
I am now 4 days later and almost all my nails have peeled on one of the edges.
I emailed customer service with no response.
Would not recommend any nail service here. Especially given the crazy expensive prices.

I love the spa music, clean aromatic scents, and overall ambiance at Spa Utopia. You can always count on a welcoming, calming and luxurious experience. I recently had a 75 minute luxury facial with Samantha, and it was truly amazing. Her touch is incredibly soothing, and I was so relaxed I almost feel asleep a few times! My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterwards. Highly recommend both the service and Samantha if you're looking to treat yourself!

Why can I only give it a 5 🌟? I want to give more stars!!! Samantha Rocks! I absolutely loved my facial. It was so rejuvenating & relaxing. I also learned about my skin and what I should be doing. A truly lovely experience from start to finish. I'm so glad that I chose to celebrate part of my 50th here.

End of experience was rushed because we didn’t know what time they closed and no one told us that they were closing or gave us a warning that they were closing in 20 minutes, etc.

The manager allowed us more time to do the sauna because we hadn’t done it yet and there was no awareness or heads up that they were closing soon. I appreciated this and only took a few short minutes in the sauna and went to the front to pay while my friend chose to take more time in the sauna before showering, etc.

The manager was very unprofessional and the situation was handled poorly. She had a rude temperament & she made a comment about my friend who was still getting dressed in the back as I waited in the seat at the front area. She said aloud but not directly towards anyone..
“She also says that she’s been here many times so I don’t understand how she doesn’t know”. I sat there watching and listening. I said “I’m sorry, I didn’t catch that. What did you say?” Because I was unsure if she was talking to me, or one of the other employees and she said “oh nothing.”

I felt very uncomfortable and even though I had a great massage, it ruined the overall experience. The customer service really made this place not worth the 200 sum dollars that I paid.

After being so relaxed which is why we went to the spa in the first place, I was shaking and felt very stressful knowing that she was visibly upset.

It tarnished my experience and for the price I was very displeased with being rushed. If you see on my chart I already suffer from anxiety so the tension towards the end added to my experience not being pleasant. The tension from the blonde lady who I think may have been the manager caused me great anxiety after my services.

I would like to request a refund but I felt uncomfortable complaining because with the catty atmosphere I didn’t think it would have been matched with professionalism or fairness. I just will never go back to this place.

She mentioned that they switched systems so my friend's previous data and information was not stored and she was upset that it took extra time to add her insurance to the system which was also not our fault.

I believe they close at 5 on Saturdays. Around 6:10 we left the building. I understand that this was an inconvenience to the staff. I was frustrated myself. I just would have liked it to be handled differently because It was my first time there, and I was unaware of the timing for closure. I would say it is a great place. The massage was wonderful and the snacks were great. However, make sure you stay on top of your time while relaxing to fit everything in to avoid going over time if you book their last time slot for the day.

I started coming here for the pregnancy massages because my boss recommended them to me when I got pregnant. Always had such a great experience. I would rave to my coworkers that I loved the pregnancy massages at spa in Utopia. My coworkers were so generous and pooled their money and got me a gift card at spa Utopia so I can get more massages. I am was a little taken aback to hear I am not allowed to use the gift card with an RMT massage. However, OK fine I understand so then I wanted to use my gift card to book a couples massage for myself and my husband for a non-RMT massage. But then the girl on the phone told me that it has to be RMT if I am pregnant for insurance. I think this is really ridiculous and it’s just such a shame because I don’t want to wait to use my gift card. The whole reason my coworkers gave me the gift card is so I can enjoy it during my pregnancy. It feels very discriminative against pregnant women as I’m not really given any options here. The person on the phone I think her name was Lorraine was not helpful at all. she confirmed if I’m pregnant I need to book an RMT massage for insurance purposes. But then I told her I want to use my giftcard and I was told I can’t use it for RMT… her response was just “yes”. I said ok thanks and ended the call there.

The massage and facial technicians I had were excellent — both were professional and skilled. However, I was quite surprised by the limited amenities offered considering this place markets itself as a spa. Aside from a eucalyptus steam room and a small lounge area (which felt more like a waiting room with some snacks), the amenities were more comparable to what you’d find at a gym than a high-end spa.

During my visit to Spa Utopia, I was especially surprised to see only one small shower in the women’s section — it was quite cramped, even smaller than a standard condo shower, and not very inviting.

Given the premium pricing, there are definitely other spas that offer a more complete experience with features like hot tubs, pools, and a variety of steam rooms. While the treatments themselves were great, the overall spa experience didn’t meet expectations.

I recently indulged in a 50-minute Classic Swedish Massage, and it was pure bliss. The therapist was attentive to my needs, ensuring a relaxing experience. The spa’s ambiance added to the overall tranquility.

This place is a sinking ship. There were dozens more RMTs available in previous years than now. I don't know of any business that loses that many employees in such short time. Obviously spa utopia is not what it use to be. I was booked in for Sunday, and I was told there was only 1 RMT that was available for the day and they were fully booked when i asked to add on to my service. On top of that, too many fake positive reviews. If it's not already apparent to spa utopia, your clients aren't idiots. We know what's real and what's not. We know when a business is going downhill or losing their focus. There are plenty of other spas and businesses that focus on relaxation that are better priced and have more staff on hand. It's clear you don't treat your employees well if they all left at once and you only have 1 on hand.
