BIGGEST MISTAKE PURCHASING HERE! Could write a big review about my experience with Spa-Tacular but I'll leave a 1 star rating and would recommend anyone looking for a spa to source other businesses. Pricing here is much higher than other places. The staff are rude especially the grey-haired older lady working front. I called a few times looking for some guidance about replacing my speakers, and salt system, all I got from her was we don't have any and it sounds like you have a leak from the corrosion around them. Called to get a new cell for my salt system to find out the company closed and that they don't have any in stock. I asked what to do about a new system (cell is needed to generate chlorine) and she said, "I don't know I don't have an answer for you" Called Ultimate Spas and he was fantastic to keep me posted on new systems they will be looking at and what they have to offer. I recommend Ultimate Spas or Artic Spas in Lethbridge for service.

Always have what I need when I call or come through the door and this time was no exception - got my chemicals and filter while I waited for my turn and even talked with a couple about them getting their first hot tub. Highly recommend the place if you are new to the hot tub scene or just looking for the part to get you going again. They are my first call when I need advice - google be damned.

TERRIBLE costumer service. They were supposed to contact me today to fix our tub (even though it’s not even two years old) to get an address. It was more than half way through the day so I called to find out if they were still coming. I would have appreciated someone a little more friendly on the other end of the line to answer my very simple question. And this is not our first encounter with this business. With we would have done some more looking around before buying.

You can thank the woman upfront for me never spending another dime in your store. Attitude as soon as you walk in, customer service probably isn't her calling. Have spent over $700 on service calls in the past month that Ultimate Spas will get next time. All the guys that did the service calls were great though.

We needed a decent amount of repairs on our tub so Spatacular Medicine Hat came and picked up the tub, lid, and lid lifter (that was not attached) to take in to the shop.

Last week they dropped off the tub and right away we noticed the lid lifter was not there. My husband called and was told the owner would call back the next day. She did, but was very unpleasant to deal with. She accused him of lying and that her guys say they did not take it when they picked up the tub. She actually said "I have three guys word against yours". She was very agrumentative and accusatory. When my husband informed her that I had literally watched them put it on the trailer when they picked it up, she tried to tell him that we could meet in the middle on price if we wanted a new one... uhhh no, we are not paying for something that we already had. She also asked if we had video evidence of them taking the lifter, which we don't because we assumed they are a trustworthy business - obviously not.
Then after filling the tub my husband noticed a rip on the underside of the lid that was not there before. When he brought this up again she denied that this was her guys. She requested a picture so she could determine if it was a new or old rip, which it is very obviously new.

She has since gotten back to us, and they have dropped off a new lid skin and lid lifter for us. The lid skin looks brand new; however, the lid lifter is nowhere near the quality of our old one.

We are happy the situation has been rectified; however, that does not excuse her unprofessional, argumentative, and rude behaviour. This situation and review could have been very different if this situation was handled professionally from the start. We will not be using Spatacular in the future and warn others against it as well.

No matter what their staff will take care of you. Always had amazing service with Spatacular. Their knowledge and expertise in all things hot tub and pool is highly valued. we love supporting this local small business whenever we need something for our pool or hot tub!
