Stopped in here today looking for some deals on clothes for my up and coming Mexico trip , the store had lots of items to choose from and lots of products on sale , this location was very neat and tidy the staff where so helpful and attentive namely Ryan , Parker and Cooper lady at the check out Tanna was great as well and yes I did walk out with a large bag of apparel, (paid for of course) well done sport chek !!

15 minutes before closing and got it locked up already, If you close at 545 then post that. Last trip I'll make to this store ill drive to Bonneyville before I go back. Sick of this towns terrible customer service.

Megan and the team who answered the phone today were amazing. I had made an error in ordering an item that had to be cancelled and the item sold out in the meantime, which I thought I had lost forever. Megan was able to track down the item so I could rebuy it correctly. Thank you all for your help!

There was an old mean lady with glasses her name is REBECCA who assisted me TODAY at the sports shoes section when she came infront of me I told her nicely that I need help for the shoes sizes and then she replied to me with the loud tone of voice “ I don’t know why she got angry on me that’s really really weird” She doesn't know how to deal with customers she was very rude and racist. I also own my retailing store in this town too so I know how important customer service is, but unfortunately this lady doesn't seem to know her job. I hardly recommend to everybody don’t go there and I already drop a email to manager, so if he/she will see my review and email please contact me. Thank u

There was an old mean lady who assisted me yesterday at the electronics section when she came infront of me I told her nicely that I need help for the apple watch and then she replied to me with the high tone of voice "what about that?" And she looked at me as if I don't have the money to pay for what I'm asking for., She doesn't know how to deal with customers she was very rude and racist. It doesn't mean that we're Asian we deserve to be treated in unkindly manner. I work in retail too so I know how important customer service is, but unfortunately this lady doesn't seem to know her job.

We moved here 7 months ago, and out of every store we have visited this store has the worst customer service. We moved from Calgary, and I worked in customer service for 15 years. The main lady that was in the winter coat area was SO rude. Wouldn’t even smile and acted like we were wasting her time. We bought the coat I needed regardless, but considered returning it and ordering from somewhere else online after the experience we had. After asking for a size up high on the wall she stared at me without saying anything, I thought she had a question but instead she just looked at me and said “I’m waiting for you to move”. Guess she’s never tried “excuse me”. Won’t shop here again.

Store itself is a typical sport check; tidy and well organized with a great selection of equipment. Purchased a bike today and ALL the staff were really friendly. The young man helping me went above and beyond by helping me load the bike into my car, and removing the wheel for me to help it fit. Quality of the bike was much better than other similar styles in the same price range at other stores. GREAT job!!
