I recently visited Square One Cafe and had an amazing experience! The highlight was definitely their London Fog—it was absolutely delicious, with the perfect balance of creamy, comforting flavors.

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. The cafe was quite busy when I went, so the service was a bit slow, but the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive despite the crowd.

Another great touch was the selection of handmade goods available for purchase—such a unique and charming addition to the cafe!

Overall, Square One Cafe is a must-visit in Edmonton. I’ll definitely be back for more of that incredible London Fog and to check out more of their handmade items. Highly recommend!

The place has a cozy atmosphere and features a cafeteria that sells handmade items and handicrafts and provides information about local services. The staff is friendly, and the fast-food service is efficient. It's a great spot to sit quietly with friends while enjoying a good coffee, sandwich, and dessert. However, I would have appreciated a wider variety of food options.

Lovely place to grab a coffee or breakfast. It has an inclusive community atmosphere, and hand made items for sale inside. Staff were very friendly, and got the orders completed quickly. I definitely recommend visiting!

Square One had all the vibes of a long weekend Friday morning. The whole cafe was bustling with every table full. The staff is always super efficient and friendly. Sq. One has a good thing going. And the recommended chocolate cherry cookie was perfect with my black coffee.

Walk in you get a rustic vibe. Cozy play to chill with family and friends. Service is ok, Once the order is up we need to figure out which belongs to whom. Food was ok not the best. Bake goods felt bit old and dry. Coffee was good. Place needs bit more cleaning. Overall it would get a 5.1/10

Came here on a local friend‘s recommendation.
The vibe was good.
The Canadiano (they still name it Americano) was a bit weak for my taste but it’s ok.
The Cinnamon Knots was a bit dry and dated.
Overall is enjoyable.

First time here! Pleasantly surprised. Super busy with students studying. They have lots of different drink options and they have some good food options as well. Got a sandwich (ham, cheese, salami) and got it warmed up - was really tasty! It was loaded with meat, as seen in the picture. They also sell a few things on the side, like the cold brewer that's pictured. Not sure of pricing as it doesn't say. Neat little cafe! I'll definitely be returning.

This is my go-to cafe worth every minute of the 20m drive (yes, sometimes daily). Whenever I venture out to support other local spots they just don’t compare.

The iced lattes here are unmatched, especially with their housemade syrups. The salted caramel + cinnamon (50/50) with oat milk? Absolute perfection. As someone who’s dairy-free, I love that they offer delicious vegan muffins that never feel like a compromise.

Shoutout to Olivia, the sweetest barista ever. She helped me find my perfect order 2 years back and is always a friendly face during my visits. She and the whole team are efficient and somehow the drinks are always consistent no matter who’s behind the bar! That alone is rare.

I’m excited for the refresh this place deserves, but I’m just happy to keep grabbing my drinks to go until then.
