We came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday that enjoys karaoke. We took the bus over as it was only a 10 minute bus ride and ubered back home since we would be drinking.

This was our second karaoke night here as we had such fun the first time. There is an interesting bunch of regulars that come here to karaoke. We saw a few of the same regulars from the last time.

There is a ground level bar and tables and you walk downstairs to the karaoke section. They have a large binder with songs arranged by artist or song title. You write your song and name on a little piece of paper and hand it to the DJ.

Several women in our group sang Take It Easy (Eagles) and It’s Too Late (Carole King) and as a group while another guy sang the Brady Bunch theme. 2 other girls in our group did a Taylor Swift song I think.

They have several good beers in tap, wine and other drinks. I had 2 pints of Parallel 49’s Tricycle. It is a Grapefruit Radler so a good summer beer that is under 5%. I ordered the house red wine but received the house white wine but she was ok with that as she also likes white wine and did not want me to return it. So it worked out. Others had one of the draft beers or wine as well.

It’s a lot of fun and worth going to! There’s really good and not so good singers but the audience is very supportive of anyone that gets up to sing. You don’t have time get up and sing but you can sing along as you’ll likely recognize many of the songs. They also have live music and sports games on too. So stop by if you’re looking for a good time in a Saturday night!

This is your friendly neighborhood pub if you're looking for one. The beer selection is satisfying and they order their food from a nice little quality restaurant upstairs called Mani's. Fresh warm food if you're looking for a bite. The place has ample space to seat for large groups and a friendly bartender. Probably not a place for fancy cocktails but definitely a great upbeat place to hang out and have a good time in a local pub.

Didn't get the chance to try the food. And it's a little tricky to find for us non locals. It is just off Marine drive, in a court yard behind other businesses. Trust google and walk thru the arch on the street. You find this local pub with a dog friendly patio.

It’s a very lovely and friendly place. Our family really loves it, and we enjoy being there. We didn’t order food, and we don’t have any experience with it.🍁🍂

This is a gem of a pub in the Ambleside area. The staff are friendly. The prices are reasonable and the band that was playing was highly entertaining. Their name was THE SINGLES. All the music that the clientele liked dancing to ( Motown / funk / disco). Three thumbs up. Did I mention free parking outside!

A neighbourhood pub filled with local personalities. I highly recommend the Saturday-night karaoke even if you don’t sing, because it’s a lot of fun. The beers are good, but the scotch is excellent … the St Andrew’s Cross in the corner is not just for show! They don’t have a kitchen, but do have agreements with neighbouring restaurants to make it easy for you to order from them.
