this genuinely sucked. I am 11 and wilson middle school went here for a trip and my friends went to the deep end so I put on a life jacket cause that's how it's supposed to be used and they said you must have a adult to be with you so now I'm wondering what's the point of the life jackets if you can't use it for the deep end people might say for younger people in the shallow end. No the rules say ages 8 and under has to be in reach of a parent so this is why I gave this place 1 star

Very unprofessional. Showed up for my son’s swim lessons to be told by a very cranky front desk lady, we can’t come in till ten minutes before. Would have been nice to know before through a registration email.
Ten minutes doesn’t give enough time to get a kid in there swim suit, go bathroom and find out their new meeting spot/ instructor. You must not be a parent if you don’t know kids don’t like to be rushed. We came early for a smooth transition which didn’t work.

Always clean changerooms and nice hot tub. Workout and lane swimming available too. Love the high diving board!!

By far my favorite indoor pool for Lethbridge. The pool is DEEP, good for diving, and underwater swim.

While I was practicing, the lifeguard was giving me amazing pointers, and was just a wonderful person. (The gents name was Graham)

I hope to make this my regular swim spot for my family. 🙂

Love this little gem of a pool. Nothing fancy, but if you're someone who wants to have a little routine weekly, then there is something for every age group throughout the week as well year. I hadn't been here in a few years. I noticed a little upgrading, not lots, but just subtly. Good price for also nice prices on passes. Just check them out online.

Great pool for families or just a swim! They offer tons at this facility and have diving boards, lane swimming, hot tub, and a kids side for the pool. The kids side is dedinitely aimed more at the 5 and up ages, not really for infants to tots as quite deep, bit there are a variety of life jackets and floaties available. Staff is prompt and constantly warching and ensuring everyone is being safe and no accident drowning or close calls. Change rooms are clean and there are 2 family rooms. Infants under 2 are free, adults are $7, and lockers are 25 cents.
