My grandfather came here 30 mins before an appointment of another client asking for a simple hair cut, the man is 83 and would've been 10-15 mins tops and he turned him away

A barber was always somewhere I would drop in when I needed a haircut. These days when you have to plan ahead I made a appointment at Stans for the first time. I must say in 60+ years it’s the best haircut I ever had. It even included a hot lather neck shave. When he tried to charge me a price that seemed way to low I added a 300% tip and still felt I got a bargain. I will be back.

Prices are unmatched, and Stan is phenomenal at what he does. Even took my 3 boys there (7, 12 & 13) and they prefer to go here. I'll definitely be back for every cut!

Great place for a haircut. I walked in, sat in the chair and received a great looking haircut by a very professional man. I didn't ask for a price until he was all finished and I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised when he said $10.00. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a barber.

My old barber had closed. I decided to support local and thought "I'm balding anyways how can you mess up my hair more than it already is." he did the opposite, he made it look really nice.

This is honestly the best place to get your hair cut done. I cannot day that's its 10 dollars but I always give him an extra 5 to make sure that he stays in Sydney Mines. It's people like him who take a chance and are really great at their job that make you appreciate your home town a little more.
