Did the chef's pairing (at the chef's table) and enjoyed it very much. The food was incredible, so tasty and it was a delightful experience to watch the chef's prepare each dish. The wine was delicious as well and paired with the food, perfectly. This place is a real gem, so worth the drive from wherever you might be.

As soon as I walked into Steel and Vines, I felt like I had found my new favourite spot. The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting, and the staff were just fantastic. They were so knowledgeable and friendly, making me feel at home. And let me tell you, the food was beyond amazing! It wasn't just great, it was delicious! And the drinks were so inspiring. Amara knows how to mix up some of the best cocktails in town.

As I was going through the menu, I couldn't help but notice the passion that Randal and Jake have for food. They use locally sourced ingredients and create unique and flavorful dishes! And if you're a wine lover, you're in for a treat! The owners are just as passionate about wine as they are about food, and they hold events where they bring in experts and winemakers for wine tastings.

The whole experience was just fantastic, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their excellent food and drinks!

Not a drinker so I came literally just for their food.. and it was amazing..! Everything was great but I would say this place is slightly pricy in the town. (however, they offer Tuesday 10% off which I didn’t know until I saw the check)

For main dish, I got the ❤️‍🔥🍝lamb gnocchi. Beautiful, nice flavor with well-cooked gnocchi. Average portion, good for one person but also be shared if you are ordering something else.

And I had the 🍓🍊✨pavlova as dessert which is AMAZING..! It was my first option as well since it is not easy to see people making this dessert. The plate presentation was simple but it was just wonderful like walking on cloud..😌

This a different kind of restaurant it’s the kind that say I don’t want a big meal I wanted more to socialize with friends and just relax A place where you have a drink and share your food. I do like the concept. However I wish it had a little more variety not necessary for the food but for the drinks. Yes the wine is excellent choices. But would like to see a different variety of other drinks. The drinks are very strong however there is only about 7 different drinks and they don’t really know how to make anything different. I recommend that every night they should have one two special drinks that makes things more interesting. Like for example when it’s a summer evening a pitcher of sangria would make a nice choice. Or a selection of Italian sofas. Those are ver easy to make and brings a nice fun atmosphere. Lastly I would recommend a soft kind of music just to dampen the sound as it does get kind of noise. But the service is excellent. It is a fun place to try for sure. I recommend anybody that is from out town to go and try this place out.

The most lovely service and wine selection! Our server was amazing and really knowledgeable about the wines. Also so excited about their variety of orange wines! Only thing I’d change is the bread - wasn’t as tangy as a sourdough should be in my option. Overall good food though and the peanut butter cheesecake was especially yummy too

Steel & Vines is just what Lethbridge needed. A hint of bigger city luxury in our small town. The wine selection is great, the food is tapas style but all amazing and made in-house. My wife has been a few times and says the service is always friendly & helpful, and finally the space is clean, open, and inviting. Perfect for a date night or a GNO, if you like good wine & good conversation, you cannot go wrong.

Charcuterie and focaccia is 10/10 YUM!

Now this is how to do it right! Fine food delightful staff, very accommodating and attentive , clean open fresh atmosphere and beautiful combination of foods and beverage. We will be back for sure. Adore we don’t have to travel for such Finesse and personal dinning. Thank you for adding some class to the Lethbridge Vibe.

This restaurant is great if you are looking for a quiet place to chat with friends and enjoy a drink. It is also phenomenal if you want a date night and a great meal. Food selection is different yet outstanding. 10/10!!
