Excellent service d'Antonia. Une belle Ukrainienne souriante à l'intérieur comme a l'extérieur. de Marc qui est venu jasé avec nous en français il est super gentil c'est une belle personne et Jacob qui est venu lui aussi nous jaser . Je recommande ce restaurent qui avait beaucoup d'humanité malger la pandémie. ♥️

Visited here for an anniversary with my wife. It was amazing we came it was empty between lunch and dinner. The dishes that we ordered were made to perfection and the presentation was excellent! Also came back the next day with my sister in law for breakfast. Amazing!

Disappointed to say that Stirling was only so so. The salmon is amazing! However the bread board was really really really disappointing for $13, do NOT get it. Overall the food was good, minus the bread and service was sub par. The atmosphere of the restaurant is bland and boring but the view if you sit outback is great. Over all a 3.5, if that was an option.

While staying at the hotel, I visited this lounge few times for a bite to eat or drinks. I was always greeted in friendly and inviting manner. It’s a very comfortable spot with a lovely patio overlooking a path with the mountains. The staff is friendly and they pay attention to detail while serving you. I can’t wait to visit Canmore again! Thank you for your exceptional care you provide to all of your patrons!

Delicious food, we loved every single dish. Jacob our waiter was so incredible and attentive, we couldn’t have asked for better service. Overall Stirling exceeded our expectations, can’t wait to go again! Highlights were the cauliflower bites and the salmon fillet.

holy moly! what a place
the service was amazing- we’ve been served by Antonina and Aida (i hope i got the names right), their openness and hospitality added a lot to the overall experience.
The meals were fantastic, I’ve tried almost everything from vegetarian options and i can’t express how good they were. My favorites are cauliflower poke and spaghetti with mushrooms.
They have really great standards there, their staff know how to impress people.
