What a treasure. The lady is the sweetest lady ever!!! We have vehicle issues and had to find accommodations fairly late at night, and she welcomed us over. Her home is amazing, clean and just cozy perfect. She has a flower farm to wander and a fantastic pool to enjoy. So greatfull to have found her and will be returning to stay again soon 🤗

This place was an amazing hidden gem. Absolutely beautiful. Our host was a real treat. Deer in the front and backyard in the morning. Beautiful flower gardens. Hot tub to finish the evening. What an oasis!!! Thank you for your hospitality and kindness!

Had an outstanding stay! The lower lounge was supremely cozy with a roaring wood fire and well worn couches. The hot tub was perfect after a long day on the bike, and Irene's breakfast was a delicious start to the day. Cannot recommend more highly!

I had an early booking on the Frances Barkley sailing from Port Alberni so wanted to spend the night in this small city and have an early breakfast before heading to the dock.|I was pleasantly surprised to find a lovely room in the lower level of a large house with a huge garden and swimming pool too. The owner took me on an orientation tour and provided recommendations on where to go and what to do in the city. Although I expected a 'bag for breakfast' Irene offered to rise early and she provide a groaning table of breakfast items including eggs and ham cooked to order in plenty of time for me to pack and leave on time the next day.She insisted on giving me a plastic bag with goodies to use as snacks on the four hour cruise.|Could not be more pleased with the facilities and the friendly welcome with so much information about Port Alberni.|Thanks Irene.

Our hostess, Irene, was very friendly, like welcoming us into her home. She greeted us with wine around the pool. Her garden is a must to walk through. The bedroom was very comfortable. A bit out of the way but worth the extra 5 minutes drive.

We stayed in the larger ensuite room with plenty of rustic charm at this friendly B&B. Our room had a TV and a futon. The owner Irene was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and trip planning. We enjoyed a great breakfast each morning with bacon, eggs, toast, fruit, yogurt, coffee/tea and juice.

Abbiamo dormito 2 notti in questo B&B appena fuori dal paese. Irene è una padrona perfetta: accogliente e sempre sorridente e con una bellissima casa che condivide con entusiasmo. Sembra proprio di essere in famiglia. Andateci!

Amazing place to stay at Port Alberni. Gorgeous gardens. Lovely rooms. Huge pool. Flexible staff. Even did laundry there! Got restaurant, filling station and shopping suggestions. Totally recommend this place.
