Horrible experience. Bought a unit in redstone park, and moved in on March 28, 2024. I was told to add feedback when we moved in. i did get lazy to leave a review, but good thing I didn’t, now I know what to say in my feedback. Had sewer back up on second day, but they did not find it emerging issue for atleast 3-4 days, until I started pushing them to come and check, and again I was told it may not be covered as it may be our mistake. However other units were affected too as it was due to their main pipe issue. If main pipe could break down, what else to expect. We did a walk through again when we moved in, Window sills and balcony door had paint chipped off really bad. keep getting new issues till now. Cheap appliances, dryer was broken, now washer is broken, refrigerator ice maker doesn’t work, cooktop stopped working now. Didn’t do well finishing on Carpet glue. It is so sharp in some places that it keeps hurting our feet. And after so many calls I got access to portal to submit service requests but department is so slow in responding and delegating the issues further, every time. Only when I asked where to leave the feedback, I received a response. overall So frustrating.
