I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 2+years, visiting every 5 weeks and have always enjoyed my visits. The service has always been good and the staff are friendly. The last time I was in, I was asked to make a review and receive 15% off my service. At that time I couldn’t access my google account so they told me I could do it next time. Today when I arrived for my appointment, while I was waiting in the waiting room for my appointment, the girl being cashed out was asked to do a google review and she received her 15% off her service. After my service, when it was my turn to cash out, I let the receptionist know that I was making my review so that I could also take advantage of the 15% off offer. That’s when my service provider over heard us talking and rushed back to the desk to inform the receptionist and myself that, that offer was no longer being offered. It’s not the 15% off, really i could care less about the money, it’s the principle. I was left feeling very bad and not appreciated for the loyal and good customer that I have been. As a business owner myself, I think that honouring a small discount as a customer incentive, to show a little appreciation for a good customer would have been a much better decision than potentially losing a customer over a few dollars.

Had an awesome experience with Sugarmoon! I was hesitant to try again after having some issues with sugaring in the past. Gia was professional, welcoming and it was a quick and seamless process. Will definitely be coming back for my sugaring needs!

Jamie at Sugarmoon is THE BEST! Even though one often feels vulnerable or embarrassed during a waxing session, she is so fun to chat with that those feelings completely dissipate, like magic! The products used smell great, everything is super clean and hygenic, and the zen tunes help create a nice ambiance. I would 100% recommend Sugarmoon to anyone who needs to get waxing done, especially with bathing suit season around the corner. Booking appointments is super easy and can be done online. They also send you text reminders of upcoming appointments, which is so great if, like me, you’re a bit on the forgetful side. So, give booking at Sugarmoon a try; the only thing you stand to lose is some unwanted hair.

Jamie is absolutely excellent ! It was my first time having a spray tan applied and she made sure I was comfortable and walked me through every step of what to expect . She is so kind and did a fantastic job , I will definitely be back in the future !

I have been seeing Gia at Sugarmoon in Fonthill for about a year now and she is great! She always does a thorough job and is professional and accommodating.
All of the other staff I have interacted with are always great too! Sugarmoon has wonderful natural products! Highly recommend!

I recently visited Sugarmoon while on vacation in Niagara and saw Jamie for a full back sugaring. I usually wax, but after experiencing the difference between sugar and wax, I wish I could bring Sugarmoon home with me! Jamie mentioned they’re revamping their take-home kits, and I’ll definitely be ordering one once they’re ready. I’ll make Sugarmoon a go-to spot whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend!
