GF and I stayed there for four nights while we sledded in Sicamous. The rooms were spacious and clean, the common area was relaxing and comfy. Hot tub was amazing, especially after a long day of riding. One awesome perk was the drying room available for drying gear, totally separate and kept nice and warm to ensure dry gear the following day. Owners Greg and Val had lots of good advice on the local sledding areas, last but not least. Greg cooked up some excellent breakfast to kick off our day! I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Sicamous. An excellent experience!

my husband and I spent two nights at the Sundog with our 5 month old daughter. this was our first bed and breakfast experience and we loved it! Owner Jarrett was so friendly and easy going, he provided us with an amazing breakfast (which my husband admitted was the best French toast he's ever had) along with local recommendations for food. having a baby we were worried about any noise but our room was basically sound proof and conveniently had 3 beds! there were hot tubs available, which unfortunately we didn't get to try, but we did take advantage of the common room and large fridge to keep our items. next time we come through we will definitely be staying again!

We had a wonderful stay, the room was nice, beds comfy and the extra space with the tv room was wonderful! Having access to a fridge and freezer was awesome and the use of the hot tub and back deck was a nice way to end the day. Breakfast was very good, almost too big! We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area. The only downside would be no a/c in the room. It was very warm when we were there (35-37ish degrees outside) so it took a long time for the room to cool down at night. The neighbourhood was also very quiet and Tim Hortons is just down the road! Thanks Jarrett for the great start to our first visit to the Okanagan!

Irene and I spent one night at this bed & breakfast on our way from Lethbridge, AB to Vancouver, BC. We were made to feel very welcome by Jarett and he even helped us with our luggage. There is ample free parking and the guest kitchen was very well appointed. We had a deep freeze/refrigerator to store our perishables and a BBQ if we wanted to BBQ. However, it was raining and we did not use this facility. We had Room 7 and it was at the back of the building and it was very quiet. It had it's own private bathroom, television and the beds was very comfortable. The breakfast consisted of three (3) French Toast, blueberry syrup with blueberries, orange slices, orange juice and coffee. The scones were piping hot from the oven and there were ample jams. By the way, everything was homemade and very delicious. We left early in the morning and would definitely stop in if we were in the area. If you are traveling between Calgary and Vancouver, this would be the IDEAL stopover! Jarett is the ideal host at this excellent B & B.

Like all of the other reviewers, we were very pleased with the Sundog B & B. The owner is great; very welcoming, easy to visit with, extremely pleasant. Room was clean, beds & pillows were comfortable, towels smelled fresh. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Access to a fridge and freezer was very helpful. Rear deck and hot tub area is large and very welcoming. We had a great one night stay and would definitely go back.

Was on a buddies golf trip and stayed at the Sun Dog. This home is perfectly set up for a B&B. It is conveniently located in the House Boat Capital of Canada and you couldn't find a more accommodating host. Jarrett got up very early to cook us breakfast in order to accommodate an early t-time and he had work late the night before. Not only is Jarrett a great guy, he is a Chef by trade, so expect a great breakfast because you will great one. Highly recommend the Sun Dog!

My partner and I were traveling from Victoria with a four legged fur child . We can across Sundog B&B . One of the few places who excepted dogs. The room was immaculate, large and warm . The bed was very comfortable ( something much needed after a long day of traveling). The breakfast the next morning was outstanding and I felt like I was eating a five start breakfast . If you are passing through , Sundog B&B is the place you will want to stay .

The place is very cozy and the owner knows how t o make you feel like you're at home. The bedroom was clean and had 3 double beds (even if I was alone haha), but I think for a family or a group of friends it is AWESOME! and you have your own bathroom. the common areas are good and clean. The breakfast was just AMAZING ! DE-LI-CIOUS! He will recommend you the good local place too ! ||Had a very good stay !
