Me, my mom, and my friend went there to get our nails done for my grad. My friends nails looked good, but they were way too busy that when we had a reserved time they took other people before us. They were moving everyone around and giggling when looking at our hands. It was not fun to sit there while they did my nails. When they did my nails they looked okay and then the polish went bubbly on my nail. They are also very sharp and not the length i had asked for. When they got to my moms they were doing her nails and they looked good and she had asked for chrome. When it got to putting the chrome on she put way to much on and completely covered the base color. They turned completely silver and when my mom cured them they turned pink on some nails and the lady didn’t say anything about it. When we asked why it was pink she sat there and said she didn’t know what happened and didn’t offer a solution to it. There was also 2 fills and they still charged us 65 dollars for an acrylic fill. This is absolutely unacceptable that they didn’t give a discount for the bad nails. I will never be going back there and i recommend going to a different one.

I visited Sunflower on August 2, 2024, for a nail appointment at 1pm. The salon was too busy, and the nail technician took an unreasonably long time to do my nails, causing me to leave at 4pm. Despite spending so much time and paying $60, my nails were uneven, and the design was not what I requested. When I politely pointed out the mistakes, the staff member tried to fix them but did not improve anything. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she became rude and aggressive, yelling at me and insisting that I pay the full price. She told me to remove the nails and leave if I wasn't satisfied. However, when I agreed to remove them, she refused to do it. After a heated argument, my nails were left in a horrible condition.

I have been bringing a lot of customers to this salon for the past two and a half years, but this recent experience showed me that they are unappreciative of their loyal customers. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. The rude behavior and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. I will never recommend it to others.

One of the worst experiences I have had. My grandmother is from South Africa and she doesn't speak a lot of English, I thought it would be nice to go get her nails done. when we arrived I asked for nail removal/polish. Once she sat they tried to get her toe nails/ pedicure. I restated no, we only want nail removal/polish. I kid you not they pretend to not understand what I am saying and continue on the toe nails/ pedicure. I eventually made it through that we do not want anything done on the toes/feet. she got sat back down for her nails and ask if she wants polish/gel. I hear her say polish. when she is finally done I SEE they put nail POLISH on. They tried to charge us for the nail removal(hands and toes)/pedicure and gel. I refused, saying no I asked for nail removal/polish nothing else. eventually i am fed up and cave. Saying that I will pay for the removal of the toe nails as well. 55$ for polish and removal of hands/toe nails. if you don't want to be talked down to, don't come to this nail saloon. the experience was a complete joke. On top of all that the nail polish was a single layer of white/pink acrylic for 25$ that they tried to convince me was GEL!!!!! This entire process took 2 hours!!! We arrived at 4:50pm and left 7:10pm. As the started to work on other girls nails because we were a problem.

Beautiful job! I highly recommend this nail salon -- they do excellent work! In addition to doing beautiful pedicures, they are so gentle, and always ask before performing certain procedures. You'll have a lovely experience here!

I decided to treat myself and get my nails done a couple weeks ago. Normally I'm a creature of habit and while I was pleased with my last set that I got done somewhere else, I had decided to try sunflower... And I'm certainly glad I did! I had Miss Lindsay take care of me and my OCD greatly appreciated the quality of work she had done on my nails! She got them done in a very timely manner and I left there a very pleased customer! I will definitely be returning and I will most definitely be taking my daughter here very soon! ( sorry for my old looking and dry hands in the picture! Haha)

December 2023 had a pedicure and she cut my big toes until they both bled. One was very sore for 8 days. I treated it with antibiotic cream. She did not care that she cut me when I addressed it nor was she friendly almost rude speaking her native language. I will definitely not go back here again.

3/10 nails fell off the day after I had them done. Prices are not accurate at all. I had a plain white set done. I understand businesses will charge extra for art/jewels but I just had the one acrylic polish color.
