came to try the gym, where the staff member inside rudely told me to leave due to my shoes. Had she told me nicely it would have been a different story, however while eating a lollipop, she told me to "look around and see who else is wearing those" and told me to "find shoes anywhere then come back" and when i asked if i could get a refund she couldnt give me an answer and to take it up with the front desk. would recommend teaching your staff to learn how to talk to patrons

I feel extremely fortunate to have found this community center. It seemed night and day difference to south delta facility for some reason. Overall experience, atmosphere, service was beyond my imagination, coming from Richmond. It was a beautiful day for me and my 2 boys to be at the stick and puck on this Thanksgiving, one of memory that will last for a long time. We plan to continue tlto come here for specific purpose. Ice as great and I must say this is the most well managed facility, second to none. Staffs I very much appreciated..

The lifeguards are kids. Don’t listen to these guys. You gotta protect yourself and your children because they will not help. They’re pretty rude but I would not entrust them to help people.

Nice and big! Great variety of machines at the gym and 2 great size pools, super friendly service, a little cafe, variety of classes, hockey rink... the downside - it is always insanely busy!! ? Most users at the gym spend too much time between sets and do not share, a guy spent more time on his phone than working out and got mad when someone else asked to use the bench because he had been sitting 10 minutes! Steam & Sauna are too small for the amount of people that actually use it.
