I'm of the age when Motel 6 and Super 8 hotels were the affordable alternatives to the less affordable and higher end hotels from the 70's. Being a Diamond VIP with Best Western since then, we have become accustomed to a certain quality hotel, not luxurious but not Motel 6. I was a little worried about this stay knowing of Super 8's history but my wife and I were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The building is old but very well kept. All staff encountered, from check-in to check-out, were very customer service focused and delivered beyond expectations. The room was clearly an upgrade as it had a couch, second TV and coffee table along with the usual amenities found in hotels and the rate was very reasonable unlike competitors for this same date and location. Most importantly, no exhorbitant hold on my credit card for "incidentals" nor a punitive fee for early arrival. In all - our stay was great, the bed very comfortable, no external noise to interrupt our sleep/stay and no thumping/loud noises from inconsiderate patrons. We will return often after this experience. One note - the check-in person was fabulous making the check-in process simple, quick and painless and our housekeeper was delightful as well ensuring we had all amenities and room was spotless and manicured. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was good. Lots of food options and stores in walking distance. Nice pool space. Front desk staff greeted you and asked how I was when I would come and go. Best Super 8 I have stayed in recently.

The rooms were average and felt slightly overpriced for what was offered. The service at the reception, however, was fantastic—friendly and efficient. Breakfast was just passable on the first morning but noticeably improved on the second day. The highlight was the excellent breakfast personnel (Paramjit), who were exceptionally attentive and made sure our needs were met.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Super 8! Despite our late late check-in, the front desk attendant was wonderfully cheerful and accommodating. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options. My only regret is not having enough time to enjoy the impressive pool. I would absolutely stay here again—11/10!

This hotel is amazing, the staff are great. They go out of their way to make sure guests are taken care of. The front desk is super personable, they will help with almost anything. The manager is amazing and goes out of her to do things for guests and the sweetest lady, maintenance is always fast to fix anything, housekeeping is on it and always willing to help. Breakfast is always hot and ready. Definitely will be returning to this hotel. The pool is also alot of fun.

Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable experience. The front desk was always warm and welcoming. In the dining area, the servers were attentive without being intrusive. They anticipated our needs and made us feel truly valued.The pool was great and my kid loved it!

This hotel was accommodating for my mom who is in a wheelchair. Our room was extremely clean! It was nice to have fresh clean linen and towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was great! Had a great spot for mom to come and have breakfast in the breakfast area in her wheelchair. Overall an excellent stay!
