Généralement, c'est bien organisé. Toutefois, comme je l'ai dit, les aliments présentés dans le déjeuné sont principalement des aliments froids. Ajouter ne autre variété chaude va donner au déjeuné une saveur différente. Les couvertures de certains lits sont fabriquées majoritairement en polyester. Un tel composé a des mauvaises interactions avec la peau.

Customer service was great. The pool is nice to play with the kids, even though a bit small, but that's not a big problem. I did not like the room setting (bathroom sink external to the washroom) and the scent of smoke I experienced there. A hotel that claims to be 100% smoke free should not have ANY smell, but I experienced this unpleasant smoke scent all over my floor (3rd).

Choosing a family room was a mistake. The walls are chipped. The bathroom floor was sticky, and the tub had hair and leftover soap debris in it. As if a bubble bath were to slowly drain and not be rinsed afterward. There was no little lotion or little conditioner, only a little shampoo and a small bar of soap. There were no garbage cans in the entire unit. The mini-fridge has an obnoxious hum 24/7.

- False advertisement with the ‘Queen bed’ size. The beds in the room are NOT Queen size, they are ‘doubles’.
-Guests should be made aware that the unhoused community is placed there when the shelters are full!
- The air conditioner/furnace vent is absolutely filthy & should not contain pieces of glass, cigarette butts, dust or food particles!
- Hotel staff needs to keep better observation of the partying/smoking that goes on in the rooms!
- The pool area is absolutely rusted out, paint is peeling everywhere! The hot tub has disgusting debris floating in it!
- The hotel lobby smells great, most likely due to the 20 air freshener they have around. The minute you step into the elevator; it smells of urine! The hallways and rooms smell of mould/musky mildew.
- I had to check out a night earlier because my children got sick from the cigarette/marijuana smoke. I lost out on a night worth of points, and I had to pay out of pocket for a different hotel for the night!!
- The staff were friendly, but the overall building & quality is NOT worth the stay!

Generous 3 star review. Rooms are old and dingey, rusted shower rod/towel hanger, rooms have a very odd smell and you can tell they use a baby powder scented cleaner to try to cover it up. Never any towels in the pool constantly have to ask for towels. No conditioner only one tiny bottle of shampoo, no make up remover towellets. Beds were comfortable and pillows nice but that's about it.

Got to love this place... only issue is if you're there and want to use their business services, they're not accommodating. Let's say you want to print out 3 reports of 24 pages each... EVEN if you offer to buy the paper or pay for another day of stay they won't sell you or give you even one page not one sheet of paper .... that paper is gold for sure nothing is as important as that paper!!!!

And yes this has to do with the hotel... they have a "business services" area, but entirely do not support business services...

The hotel is nice, check-in was quick, the pool is good. The only issue was that some towels had stains, but there were plenty of clean, dry ones available. The breakfast, as shown in the photos, wasn’t very large, but the waffles were delicious. I appreciated that I was able to take a plate of breakfast to the room for my child, as he didn’t want to eat anything in the dining area, and no one said anything about it. A big thank you for that! We enjoyed everything!

Better bring your own shampoo and bathroom supplies, as what they provide won’t be enough. I was pleasantly surprised that there’s a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave. Everything was clean.

The kids had a great time swimming. We managed to combine a work trip with a pleasant time.
