Pretty disappointed with our stay
Hot tub was shown in pictures. There is no hot tub, but pool was decently warm.
Our queen bed was 100% a double and comfort was not there
Said they served full breakfast and it's only some breakfast items
I have never stayed in a hotel with the least amount of sounds proof rooms. We could hear our neighbours and the people upstairs literally just walking (not blaming the people in the rooms) can hear every single door above us close
I'm seriously not one to complain but this was super disappointing and not advertised properly.
Look at Google before fully looking at trip advisor or Expedia

Came here for a sports weekend so booked in a block. This hotel is absolutely not worth $152 a night! I would have been perfectly happy paying $80 but not $152! Our “queen” beds were double beds at best, the breakfast was pretty bad so we went somewhere else, the shower didn’t drain (once we figured out how to use it) so we showered in each others filth. The rooms are dirty and old and you could hear people showering from 3 rooms over. We paid the same price at the Delta by Marriott which was amazing! How they can get away with charging people this price is beyond me! I would love half my money back. Stay anywhere else if you can unless they adjust their pricing to reflect how seedy this hotel is.

The staff is so friendly, kind and funny, the prices are right ,very clean rooms and it’s nice to wake up and have breakfast. The pool is so nice warm and the slide is so fun . The managers and staff will help you at anytime . They definitely make sure that your stay is comfortable. Will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you 👍🏽

I probably would have had a better stay if my boss hadn't gotten me the "only room available" which was a smoking room that smelled pretty terrible and the two adult people giggling in the bathroom at 3 in the morning was a pain in my ass, I'm amazing

I stayed here for business it suited every purpose I needed except the shower rod was broken. I reported it was fixed so happy about that should never of happened. The maids should report these situations before hand other than that. The breakfast was not awesome but it was there so it was something to eat the staff all great the handyman who fixed my shower rod excellent Very professional very fast. I will stay there again.

If you are looking for a place to lay your head as a family or in particular a sports team, this is would say should be your last choice for hotels, especially for multiple nights like both my son and I experienced.

We asked for a room that was non smoking due to my son having allergies to the smoke and low and behold we were givena room on the main floor that smelt like it was a smokers haven and 10 packs a day had been smoked inside the room. What's funny is that it has no smoking signs everywhere in the room and $500 charge to someone who didn't it, and still it was absolutely disgusting.

When asked to switch rooms, we were told they were booked for the weekend and would let us know of any changes, needles to say that never happened.

Yhe breakfast or lack thereof was as you see in the picture attached, useless! And the place is dated to near a time when I was born in the 70's yo where my son didn't even know how to turn the water on in the sink. It had absolutely no soap in the place where we had to go and buy our own to wash our hands. Just hand lotion above the sink.

And no hottub at all for the parents to enjoy after the kids retire for curfew for the evening. The only thing good about our trip to Grande prarie was the bus ride there and most certainly the bus ride home. If a team we are attached yo ever books that room, you can be assured we will be laying our heads elsewhere either at the holiday Inn a few blocks away or somewhere else worth the money and our time.

Would not recommend this place what so ever. Thank goodness for Tim Hortons, which was an 8-10 minute walk from this place.

Do not stay here. Filthy rooms and worn out furniture. Looks like the kind of room you'd rent to do illegal things. For $25 more a night you can book in at the Pomeroy Hotel across the street which is a very nice upscale place. Don't waste your money here.
