Good facilities and really friendly staff. But I've been here roughly 30 times and almost every time I've run into abusive/aggressive/smelly patrons. Staff have handled the situation well when I've brought it up to them. But it's really the sorts of visitors that bring this place down. My last altercation was a South Asian woman standing outside the pool, yelling into my ear for not swimming fast enough in my lane. Inexplicable aggression. I notified the life guards who had a talk with the lady and she stopped yelling. This will be the last time I go to this pool. I also saw debris floating in the pool - not a good feeling. Change rooms are usually quite dirty, but sometimes it's clean. One time the hot tub had to be closed down because someone defecated in it. Mind boggling.
The gym is full of people who don't smell good and don't know gym etiquette creating a very unpleasant environment. Not going back to this gym either.
So, either I've been cosmically unlucky, or the people visiting this facility need to be shown the door if they don't follow the rules. I'll be looking for a different recreation centre. I would urge the staff to escort out people who are being aggressive or aren't following basic rules. I agree with another lady's comment here: feels like I'm walking into a third world country.

Nice leisure complex. There is the pool area and also ice rink. There is lots of parking. Easy access to the complex. Front entrance is spacious with a great viewing area to see the pools. I was only able to view the complex and did not use any of the facilities. My overall impression is positive and perhaps we will visit and use the facility.

I brought my toddler here for parent and tot swim lessons. She is nearly three. I felt the program was well and appropriate for children 3+ years. I did notice that there are no infant securing seats. A few other centres I’ve been to had these. So those with infants would want to come with another parent and not alone. Getting your baby dressed and then yourself might be a challenge.

very cool pool for the whole family. There are 3 types of pools with different depths for older children and adults, a large children's pool. hot and warm jacuzzi. Sauna 2 types. There is a small gym.

The pool area is big, plenty of room for swimming, enjoy the whirlpool. The steam room and sauna are small but enjoyable. The changing room and shower areas are spacious. The customer service is excellent.

Something annoying is an Asian guy, who is not an employee, giving swimming lessons to different Asian children every afternoon. It seems that he's running his personal business in the facility. I'm wondering if it's allowed.

Very nice place to swim, although sessions happen 24/7, which restricts the deep end. The gym is also very nice, very accessible and less people there so more opportunities to work out.

The pool has been disappointing. In the afternoons, when people finish work, all or most of the lap lanes are closed for water polo, competition, classes, etc. No chances to exercise after work.

Loud spitting oriental guys in the showers and changing room, washing their faces in the drinking fountain, going to the whirlpool and pool without taking a shower, breaking all the possible hygienic rules. The young staff couldn't care the least to reinforce the rules. They only keep an eye on the steam room.

I hope one day things will change and get better...
