Came to this location maybe a year ago… not sure if the place was re-owned but totally different. I ordered a crispy chicken Caesar salad. The portion came in the same size as the side salad just with chicken on top… sure it is what it is.. no bacon (one of the best parts of a Caesar is the bacon).. once again I’m pretty easy going so it is what it is. My mother and grandmother ordered the quarter chicken meal, and the once genuine quarter chicken is now a quarter of a quarter chicken. Not looking for money back or coupons, just wanting to let the public in the area know that maybe Swiss chalet isn’t the best choice anymore.
For the price it’s not worth it. Service was slow but pleasant, dining room was clean.

Our server was a lovely and polite waitress during our visit to Swiss Chalet. She made sure our order was correct and checked in on us a few times. Service was a little slow at one point, but she handled everything with a friendly attitude. Overall, she made our experience enjoyabl thanku dhriti

Best service we’ve had in a long time! Akhil T was attentive, efficient, polite, and genuine! Food was great and we even got finger bowls! I haven’t seen finger bowls come out in like 10 years, and it made the visit! Thanks!

Coral was our server when we arrived with 10 resident with family and staff. She immediately got on board and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. She's the best at her job. We wish her all the best for now and future endeavours

Food took awhile to get served, was stone cold when it did arrive! Waitress brought new hot orders forgot our salads, had to be reminded!
I don't believe our family will return to this location!!!! Service was unfortunately not the best either!!

I went for a pickup yesterday and the service was too good… i ordered fish and chips family pack that was so budget friendly…. And the quality of the food was very good. Overall a good experience for me. And i highly recommend to all.

My partner and I went out for a date night, and we were greeted very politely. Everything was fine until I received my food. I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal to let the waitress know that my chicken was pink. This wasn’t the first time I had encountered pink chicken at this restaurant; during the past summer, it happened five times over different visits. The last time I was reassured that it was safe to eat, so I did eat it and ended up getting salmonella.

Assuming it wouldn't be an issue this time, I ordered the chicken again. When I informed the waitress that my chicken was pink, she took it back to recook it. I then went to the washroom, leaving my partner at the table. When I returned, I was surprised to find my chicken wrapped in a paper bag. I noticed that my dinner plate was cleared, even though I hadn’t finished my meal.

To my shock, we were then asked to leave because I had complained about the pink chicken. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I was just trying to enjoy a lovely night out with my partner and had even planned to order dessert, but that didn’t happen. I truly don’t understand why we were kicked out; I didn’t make a huge deal about the chicken.
