Wasn’t willing to fill my wife’s prescription because it’s “too much work and too expensive.”

This pharmacist clearly hates her job. Out of the 4 or 5 times we’ve gone there she’s always had a miserable, snotty tone. We’ll go out of our way to go elsewhere.

Awesome staff, they always go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. Brandi is absolutely amazing, always very friendly and knowledgeable. I drive from Red Deer to pick up my prescriptions because I know I don’t have to worry about mistakes happening like it has at the big box pharmacy. I recommend this great team to everyone!!

I love this pharmacy! Very welcoming and knowledgeable. They know me by name and are respectful of my needs and situation. The prices are very competitive compared to other local pharmacies in Sylvan Lake.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Schwartz and the nurse Alissa. They both worked tirelessly to keep a recurring health problem at bay. I have MS and have seen a lot of doctors in my day. Dr. Schwartz is one of the best and I couldn't recommend him or the team he works with more.

I love this staff. They're caring, down to Earth and not judgmental. Before this pharmacy opened I would go to other brand named pharmacies who made me feel ashamed of my prescription. I was left to explain why I was on certain medication. I had to give a full medical history before I was allowed to received my medication. It made me feel belittled and humiliated. I hated going to the pharmacy. Then I met Steve and his staff. All, every single one of them, is kind. They also work side by side with the doctors and that helps a lot. Thank you for your kindness.
