This was a random “ Hey let’s do this!” moment for a girl’s get together with a long time friend. I highly recommend you have experience. Morey and his helper, Larry, made sure we entered and exited the boat safely (I had concerns due to some mobility issues). Morey is an experienced sailor and an excellent Captain, we felt safe and comfortable the whole time as we glided along the lake viewing the beautiful properties and shore line. It was such a relaxed, fun experience and a wonderful memory made for us to reminisce about. Our only regret is not staying on the lake longer, so next time we will do that and maybe check it out at sunset.

I found Captain Morey’s excursion randomly while searching up rentals. We noticed the booking page was available for tomorrow so we booked it. The ship could fit up to 8 people. Perfect for small parties. Very well taken care of and has a built in washroom. We’re not into extreme water sports so just cruising for 2 hours around the lake is already fun and relaxing for me and my husband. We felt safe with our experienced Captain. Be careful with your belongings though, my jacket fell off unfortunately. We went back to get it but it probably sank, oh well. Anyways, I highly recommend this excursion, my husband got to steer the boat and You can sit out front. Will come back to bring family next time 👍

We did the sunset cruise and Canada Day fireworks with Morey tonight. He was a riot and put up with our level of crazy well! Super nice guy, super beautiful boat. The vibes were exactly what we needed. Thank so much Morey, would give you more stars if I could!

Our sail was the perfect end to a 3-generation girls' trip. Getting to sit at the front was peaceful and exhilarating.
The sunset sail was beautiful and the extra time to watch the Canada Day fireworks from the boat was the best view!
We will definitely return with the other half of the family.

The whole experience from booking our sunset sail experience, to our sail last night for our 30th wedding anniversary was absolutely perfect!! Morey is such an awesome dude and incredible Captain, I would recommend going on a sail with him hands down!

We had an amazing sailing experience with Morey! I wish I could give him 10 stars. Our group of nine ranged from a toddler (1.5 years old) to a 70-year-old, and he made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we stepped on board. Morey was friendly, calm, and wonderfully hospitable, creating a relaxed atmosphere where we could truly enjoy the experience. He genuinely loves what he does, and it shines through in his warm and easygoing demeanor. His tour is also one of the most affordable sailing options available in Alberta, and he doesn’t even insist on a deposit or tips — which makes his generosity stand out even more. The two hours on his boat were filled with beautiful views, smooth sailing, and great company. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a memorable/ peaceful time on the lake!
