Great experience in so many ways. It was easy to book an appointment lots of availability. Mark gives amazing Active Release Therapy treatments alongside excellent physiotherapy. Jordan is the best RMT I’ve ever experienced, if you are looking for a deep tissue massage he is your practitioner. Also love that the clinic submits receipts directly to the provider! Go here.

Booked a massage for my birthday; the online system allowed me to book, I logged in 2 days in advance and it had been cancellled. Synergy did not email me or call me to let me know THEY cancelled my appointment, and when I called I could not get in touch with the staff. Will never go here!

When I first went to a massage therapist it was Trevor I seen. I have been going to Trevor ever since he started in Prince George and I truly thank him for the massages. I go in to see him when I can hardly walk and he works out all my kinks and tight muscles. I feel tons better when I leave. Thanks Trevor.

I also came here hoping that I would have a good experience... unfortunately I also did not.
Dave is an odd fellow, and his techniques are also odd.
I didn't feel any different after my appointment, and I feel I wasted my time and money.
Every time I tried to talk to him and ask him a question, I was answered with a "hmmm" or mumble or whistle or something else non-verbal.
He seemed perfectly content to spend the hour poking and prodding around my back in silence, investigating what was wrong.
At one point I wondered if he was a real RMT, or I was being pranked on a TV show.
Similar to the first reviewer, his hands were ice cold, and my massage started late and was short on duration.
He had a sharp snaggle nail on the middle finger of his left hand that was almost unbearable by the end of the hour.
I wouldn't recommend Dave to anyone.
Sadly I might have to give Synergy a second chance because everywhere in Prince George is booked up for months, or not taking new clients.
I guess I know why Dave was available.
