We hired Taco Revolution to "cater" our wedding reception. Our guests all raved about how amazing the food was. I am celiac and the truck is 100% gluten free allowing me to feel completely safe. The truck arrived as scheduled and were set up no problem before we(bride and groom) arrived. Their communication via email prior to the wedding date was efficient and timely with clear concise answers. We added the watermelon and jicama salad to the 4 choices of tacos and it was a delicious addition. Our guests all felt completely fullfilled and even with 75 guests, the service was quick and efficient. We would fully recommend them to anyone for a fun private event.

Today was the season opener at the Cedar Farmers Market, and I finally got to try Taco Revolution for the first time. Let me just say—these tacos absolutely slapped!

From the first bite, you could tell these weren’t your average tacos. The tortillas were perfectly fried with just the right amount of crisp, holding in a flavour-packed combo of seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, diced onions, and a drizzle of creamy goodness that tied it all together. Each taco had a legit street-style vibe, and the ingredients tasted super fresh. No shortcuts here—just straight-up authentic flavour that hit all the right notes.

If you haven’t checked them out yet, do yourself a favour and hunt them down. Whether you’re a taco veteran or new to the game, Taco Revolution will definitely blow your mind. 10/10, would eat again. Viva la taco!

Eating these tacos is like eating life itself (well I mean, the good parts of life). I’m not even kidding you, I have been to Mexico twice and these are some of the best I’ve ever had. I am not playing. I don’t leave reviews often but I feel passionate feelings about this food experience. 11/10. Come back to Victoria and stay here! Perfect spice level, so flavorful, the freshest home made tortillas ever. Wow I would eat these tacos every day of the week!

we had taco revolution cater a 40th birthday for my partner.. the food was fantastic, and everyone was happy.. there was even enough left over for breakfast burritos the next day...service was perfect as well. they arrived exactly on time, and had everything set up quickly. would definitely recommend!

We were hosting an event for customers at work and needed a food truck to serve lunch to approx 100-125 people. Taco Revolution did an amazing job serving our busy customers! The food was excellent, the service was quick and their communication for the whole process was top notch. They worked within our budget and the menu included options for all dietary needs as well.
