I went there late in the evening, because I thought there'd bé less traffic but I was wrong. I ordered one drink but only received it after 40min of wait. My biggest issue isn't even the waiting time but the quality of my drink. I ordered brown sugar Boba but the brown sugar was no where to be seen and the Boba tasted like crap. I asked the waiter multiple times if she had truly added brown sugar and she said yes. Additionally, the drink wasn't even full. Barely halfway full. If it wasn't for the fact that I've ordered there 2 times before, and the experience was satisfactory (different employees)I would've put 1 star.

I really wanted to love this place. The milk tea itself was very sweet but by adjusting the sweetness level next time, it would be good. However, the tapioca pearls were disgusting. I have never tasted them like that.. they were thick and starchy and tasted like they had gone bad. For once, I avoided them and threw them out.. and now an hour later, we all have stomach aches and feel unwell.

Again, wanted to love and support a local business, but will not be back.

Gave 2 stars because although my experience wasn't good, I dont wanna kill their rating.

Absolutely horrible, the pearls are soggy and slimy don’t even taste right. When I got my order both drinks were warm and felt like they were made lazy and gross. The server was also not wearing any gloves. The place is a waste of money don’t go.

Ordered mixed fruit bubble waffle - I took the first bite and I knew I made the right choice!! Appropriate sweet level which my kid and I enjoyed. Definitely coming back all summer with with my family. Gentle staff and quick service too.

The staff were super friendly and they made the drinks right in front of us. It was cool to watch them carefully put it all together. They had patience with me and my friend as we took a while to decide what we wanted to order. There wasn't a place to sit and hangout, but the atmosphere was really nice and the decorations give a nice vibe to the place.

We just had Tea box for the first time. The service and quality of the bubble tea was top notch.

2 drinks took 40 minutes to be prepared despite being late into evening with no line. I had to repeat my quite simple order multiple times for staff member to finally read it back right. When picking it up the order was wrong and tapioca pears were not added which were paid for. Both the Taro and Mango would have been better if I made my own with store bought powder. Cups were nowhere near full, pearls when they finally added them after being reminded, were terrible. They added around 5 pearls, not even enough to cover the bottom for a dollar each. My wife and I have been to countless real bubble tea shops and this really leaves a bad mark for those that would actually like to try bubble tea.

Flavour was good but it's fake flavour
Honestly I'd give you a 5 if you had fresh fruit options and not a bunch of syrup
