Food was good but paid $45 for 2 Bowls, 2 Pops, 2 Spring Rolls. Overpriced for mostly Rice.

Only one star on the atmosphere because it's a gas station but if you're going there you already know that. I'm giving them more stars than I'd like to because generally I love Thai Express and I want the people who work there to realize that mistakes happen but it's better to just accept that be decent about it and it'll be fine. They screwed up my order and I didn't know until I got home so I had to go back. I wasn't upset I just wanted it fixed. The guy who filled my order the first time and address the issue this time was not happy about it. He said I didn't order vegan I ordered extra sauce which of course makes no sense. But I get the impression that they haven't been trained on how to deal with problems with customers. So I don't think it's fair for me to give them a lower rating and take it out on the staff because you can only do what you're taught. A food industry is an awful place to work and I can see from comments here already that some people are just nasty about it. Once I finally got the right food it was really good like it always is. I'm just disappointed that the guy chose to try to make me feel bad instead of just saying oh sorry about that let me fix it for you. That's all he needed to do. 7 words and I would have left to happy customer. I was more upset about that interaction that I was about the fact that he made my original order with egg in it. I still gave them two stars for service because he did fix my order.

The spice levels are never the same, I always get the same order but it's always different.

And the last few times I've eaten from here I've gotten sick, either feel like crap or throw it up.

I've eaten here many times and have enjoyed it. My favorite meal there is the Thai Soup. Until Today. It was served with a wooden knife with a dip in it that's to be classified as a spoon. It was absolutely impossible to eat so I guess I didn't get lunch. Not to mention it would have taken me all day to eat it. This is an easy fix. Great back to your original spoons that you were using. Until it is fixed, unfortunately I won't be back

order red curry with chicken and rice. got a bill with yellow curry and they packed green curry with next to no chicken and rice. experienced this first time lol can’t go back and i don’t like to waste food so eating this it taste good but eventually its not what i ordered. they should do there job properly.

Excellent food! We'll certainly be back next
time we're in Truro.
The spicy wasn't overly so, but very flavourful. Next time we'll ask them to ramp it up some more.

Ordered pad thai chicken
Noodle was hard very undercooked, i might have seen a small piece of chicken also ended up feeling really sick
