Excellente pizza au four délicieuse

I recently stopped by that Italian spot in Brampton for a veal sandwich, ordering the classic hot veal with provolone and mushrooms. It took about 10 minutes, as they make everything fresh to order. The presentation was solid—two veal cutlets on a fresh Kaiser roll. The bread, while fresh, was a bit on the dry side for my taste. The mushrooms were well-portioned, though I had requested a “hot” veal sandwich, and it only delivered a mild heat—about a 3/10.

The veal itself was tender and nicely breaded, and the amount of sauce was decent, it had longing for a soaking you’d get with a California veal sandwich. But overall, it was pretty underwhelming. The sandwich lacked depth. The breading had the potential for more flavor, but it came across as bland and in need of seasoning. The sauce, too, was very mild and didn’t contribute much to the overall experience—it was more of a neutral addition than something that enhanced the sandwich.

All in all, it wasn’t bad, but it certainly wasn’t impressive either. It sat somewhere in the middle—fresh and made with good intentions but missing that spark of flavor that would’ve made it stand out. It was like an archer aiming for the bullseye but hitting just outside the mark—close, but not quite there. I’ve had amazing pizza here, so I was hoping for more from the sandwich, but it left me a little disappointed. Maybe others might enjoy it more, but for me, it didn’t quite hit the mark.

Would I come back for the pizza, Absolutely. Great atmosphere and good service

I've been here a total of 3 times and every single time the food is superb. You order up front so don't expect a traditional sit in experience. That being said, they have plenty of seats for everyone. I recommend their wood oven pizza as the ingredients are fresh and vibrant. Their personal size is about the size of a plate but their large is quite big. Compared to competitors they are a smidge pricer but the portion size makes up for it. Overall, you won't be disappointed if you try this spot.

I’ve been here many times and they never disappoint. I’ve had their pizza, Italian hot sandwiches and pasta… and I’ve enjoyed every meal. Super flavourful and you can tell they really put effort into getting that real Italian taste in their food. They are a little pricey and I’ve seen their prices increase over the years, but that’s expected with the cost of everything going up i suppose.

I had never been here before, found in on Maps while looking for Italian food in Brampton, a genuine challenge for an outsider in a hurry.
I ordered the chicken cutlet sandwich, it was brought to my table in about 10 minutes. The chicken cutlet was enormous, breaded, filling. Very tasty chicken, but a bit difficult to eat, due to its size and, let's face it, drippiness!
As an old coot my only complaint was the amount of bread crumbs and enormous bun but the meat portion was most generous. I need to get there again and try the rest of the menu, but a worthwhile experience.

This place is amazing!! Chosen on a whim, found in the industrial section of Brampton, the food is amazing, homemade sauce and the pizza ? DEEELISH!!!

Service is friendly, cheers to the chef and hostess. Come early as the lunch crowd knows exactly where to go for deelish food and tend to sell out quickly !!!
