It should be illegal to sell food this tasty haha I got a cream cheese stuffed garlic loaf and it was lightly glazed with honey I think? Absolutely delicious. And the shop itself is really neat, looks like you walked into a sketch book.

You won't get this level of quality or flavor at franchise coffee shops. Beyond the cool art interior, the food items we ordered were AWESOME. I forgot to take a picture of the Hawaiian grilled cheese because it was too good.

I will be returning to try more.

I was curious about this place after visiting a cafe in Okatokes with a similar decor. This place in the Northgate area is definitely better.
The art is mostly hand drawn by the owner's daughter and incredibly well done. More important thought is that the food and drinks are far superior.

They have a good mix of Thai and Korean items along with more Western coffee and pastries. I and the friends I was with really enjoyed the Iced Thai Tea and the Korean garlic and cream cheese buns. The coffee cream filled croissant was delicious also.
The only thing to note is that it is quite a small space, and seating is limited. It's still worth it, even if it's for something to go.

The drinks were delightful and the breakfast sandwiches we got were so perfect. The bun was fluffy and yummy the bacon was all chopped up so I didn't accidentally pull it off in one bite, the egg was fluffy and delicious. I will definitely go back. I want to try other things. The inside was cute as well and staff was so friendly. It was the perfect little start to our day.

I like to try new local cafés rather than chains, however sometimes it's a risky gamble for your morning cup. I was unfortunately disappointed with this little place but it has promise for improvement.

It was fairly empty when I came in with two staff members at the counter. I ordered an iced hojicha latte and four croissants, three of which were to gift and requested packed separately and one to be heated up for myself.

The latte was made hot (this didn't bother me enough to say anything) however it tasted like a hot cup of milk - Very weak, no flavour and a steep price for milk. The matcha croissant I ordered was not warmed so I had to go back in and request it to be warmed. Two of the three croissants were stuffed into a pastry bag designed for one (why? To save a few cents on a wax paper bag?) which only bothered me because I was gifting it.

The croissant itself was good, but the filling was watery and lacking in flavour.

I don't regret supporting a local business at an increased cost but the quality should reflect this in my opinion and it sadly did not in this case.
