A nice location and plenty of services offered. The online booking needs some work, so an appointment was made through a phone call. The person I booked with must have been new as she was unsure of pricing and services and it took longer than expected to make the appointment.
When I arrived, I was told to take a seat because their team member hadn’t arrived yet. This resulted in a 10 minute wait despite arriving on time.
The service was ok.
The retail space is nice, offering everything from jewelry and clothing to hair products.

I had a great experience at this spot with Cassy for a lash tint and lift! She was very professional & kind and did a wonderful job on my lashes - and also gave me a great book recommendation! The space is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it for anyone in the area looking for spa treatments!

The team was awesome. It’s a beautiful space with tons of services! Indira was lovely to chat with during my massage and facial, and Emily went above and beyond for my pedicure! I will definitely be coming back - worth every penny 🙂

Sadly will not ever be returning to this establishment. After missing an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances with an ill family member, I received the most tardy, rude and awful voicemail- it truly was the final blow in a very stressful day and brought me to tears. I felt terrible for missing the appointment and could not bring myself to even call them to inform them about the situation because I was SO hurt and saddened by the nasty voicemail left for me.
Very distasteful for a business that claims to pride themselves on providing “exceptional service”.

Update: I did not feel as through the VM was simply “short and rude”, it was down right snarky and mean spirited. Short and rude would not warrant a 1 star review. I fully understand the consequence of a missed appointment and would have been very quick to rectify my mistake given an opportunity before such a distasteful, mean and unprofessional voicemail was left for me. (This was also not an isolated incident of a negative interaction with reception/the owner Christine, but I am usually happy to forgive and recognize that life happens and sometimes people have a bad day.)

Came in to get my nails done and wow what an amazing experience! Nicole took the time to make sure my nails were to my liking and had an eye for details. So happy to find a place that actually does gel nails! The whole team was lovely to deal with and I will be sure to recommend this place to everyone 🙂

I have been going to The Beach house for 8 years and love everything about it. From the first hello by Angel or Chrystine as you walk in, right until you walk back out the door after your appt, it’s a relaxing and peaceful experience. Plus, you look amazing!!!!
