Nothing can be wrong at a Canadian brewhouse right?

...until you experience the Red Deer Canadian Brewhouse and their pushy, unprofessional staff. Sorry it took us more than 45 seconds to order, and we had to ask you questions about menu items.

Fries were cold and chow mein noodles were crispy because they were barely cooked. Guess the cook was in a rush too!

Go somewhere else in Red Deer if you're looking for a relaxing moment.

We went as a group, where two of them had birthday rewards from the apps.
So two big platters of nachos were ordered. And dill poutine ..?

The nachos were HUGE,
.4 adults and a teen could easily have shared the one.

Service was great..
And thank you for not blowing the air horn when the flames scored a goal...
The little one sleeping behind us would have been startled.. and her family got to enjoy their time out instead

The bartenders named Courtney and Everett were honestly the best! Super busy on wing night and we never waited long for drinks or food! She did an amazing job! Recommend 10/10!

We were at the New Years event last night. Immaculate vibes. The staff were kind and attentive. The 2 DJs absolutely killed it. They played a variety of music which was super fun to dance to. We had a great night here. Will definitely be back!

We had our kid's hockey team in for dinner. Waitresses were very attentive very quick on drink orders and food orders. Restaurant was quite busy but they still managed to get the drinks and food out in a timely manner. This location has great service. Saturday food special of 12oz ribeye with shrimp for $25.99 is fantastic. Food was good.

Food was okay. Paid around $30 for my meal and a soda. The fries do come seasoned so keep that in mind when you’re getting a side of gravy or aïoli sauce they offer you with them for an up charge. The server was nice at first but whenever we needed something we had to wave her down because she was never around. She then got annoyed with us and told us “We are not her only tablet” what we totally understand but it’s NOT what you say .. it’s HOW you say it. We apologized to defuse the situation when she seemed mad at us but honestly don’t waste your time coming her for high priced “Okay” food and poor service.

I spent New Year’s Eve at the here and had an absolute blast!! The service was amazing, all the servers were so attentive and the bar tenders were so quick with drinks when I was on the dance floor. The djs they hired had an awesome multi genre set going that kept the party going all night! Overall amazing experience and a thanks to everyone who involved what a night!

Had a great time. The server was fantastic. The CN Ceasar, garlic fingers, wings, shrimp, mashed potatoes were great. The Ribeye part of the special.. had a few hiccups BUT the server and manager were very understanding and definitely made up for it and I appreciate that. They handled everything with a smile.
