Came in NYE, it was packed. Didn’t have a reservation so I sat at the bar. Fil the bartender had an efficient order of operations. I saw him take care of myself and the other guests in a timely manner with great banter. Awesome service and staff. Even the waitresses take time to interact and help out. The sisters Mackenzie and Kirsten go above and beyond! Can’t wait to return.

Great location with really good service. Came in during a hockey game without a reservation and they sat us immediately. Despite it being very busy, our server was amazing and the food was so good. Super fun spot for watching games!

I came before an Oilers game. Best nachos I have ever had! Our server was excellent. The star taken off is for the front door guy who was extremely unfriendly and rude just cause it was my first time there and I don’t know which side of the rope to enter on. Shouldn’t be a big deal but he made it one.

Stopped in for an afternoon appetizer and a stein on the rooftop patio at the Icehouse. Sat at one of the swing tables, which was fun. The view from the patio at night must be remarkable. We ordered the truffle fries and the beef sliders, which were all delicious. I also had the Icehouse Salad with the Asian Ginger dressing. Also tasty. The service was prompt and friendly. Recommended!

Couple weeks ago my girlfriends and I had an ice room with Taylor and honestly was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The service was amazing and we had the best time! Would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back!

Went here for one of the Oilers Watch Parties, but what a disappointment! The service and the drinks were good, however… the food was so slow and the food came out cold.

Had a great experience for the last few time I went! Got great service from our server Cassie she was very professional, polite and friendly! She took the time to give us great suggestions for drinks!
