I had the rejuvenation package this afternoon and I literally melted into the table . I left feeling so relaxed . The reflexology massage was incredible . Tracey created a very relaxing space .

Absolutely fantastic! Tracy is lovely, caring and immensely talented!
Her treatment room is wonderfully relaxing and she makes you feel welcome and at ease immediately.
I told Tracy at the end of my treatment that I have honestly never felt so completely relaxed in my adult life!
She's wonderful! I gladly recommend her to everyone, and will be booking again as soon as I can!

Tracy gives the most luxurious massages. Her space is always impeccably clean and tranquil. I love that she continues her education to bring even more knowledge, wisdom and value to her clients. I always feel heard, if I have a particular spot that's giving me trouble or if I just wish to relax. I will continue to be an ongoing client as the service is simply outstanding.

You can count on professional holistic health care at The Cedars. For over five years I have appreciated and benefited by the advertised treatment offerings. Most important is Tracy’s knowledgeable, individualized, and respectful approach to particular health needs. Her studio gets top marks for cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere. I love its West coast vibe which is calming, relaxing, and aesthetically- pleasing. Her rural location, in the beautiful Cowichan countryside, is convenient for me as it has very easy highway access. I also look forward to the new retreat she is building on her property which will offer hydrotherapy treatments as well.

I booked a reflexology session with Tracy, and had such a relaxing and informative experience. She was very gentle and caring, as I am very sensitive. She also made sure I understood everything she was doing as she was explaining the anatomy and connections with the organs she was treating. She is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend her.

I enjoyed the Ayurveda and Reflexology package 100%. The Ayurveda technique felt like it transported me somewhere else and when I returned I felt an almost electric sensation in my muscles and skin. Following this with reflexology, I felt like I had a full body massage by the time we were done. It is clean, cozy, and peaceful in the spa room and I highly recommend to anyone needing to have a wee getaway to relax and reenergize.

Today I found an incredibly lovely spa. I had booked the luxury spa treatment and Tracy did not disappoint. 2 full hours of pampering and an amazing massage. I will be going back, I have found my “ you deserve to have a treat day” spa. Thanks Tracy, and you are only 5 minutes away

The spa was lovely!! I went with my friend from Nanaimo and we got 30 minute massages. Tracy was so sweet and obviously was very informed about her profession. We both felt so sleepy and relaxed after. I would 10/10 recommend it and definitely go back!
