On s'est arrêté pour dîner, on n'a pas regretté notre choix, un vrai resto canadien, le sandwich rosbif au jus, les frites maison et pas oublié la bière locale. Excellent service.

Passed through Princeton about supper time. Pulled over and google searched for a place to eat. Did not expect to find more than an average place to eat. This place was a pleasant surprise. Looks clean. Was welcomed and seated quickly. Ordered the brisket sandwich. It was amazing. I guess they smoke it themselves. Melt in your mouth delisciousness. This is a must eat place. Check out the pics. The sandwich is huge.

Our family was searching a spot to eat going back to the lower mainland from Keremeos. We stop in Hedley but nothing interested us. So onward to Princeton with more options. Our search first drew us to Thomasina's with excellent reviews. We sat at a table seeing how busy it was and it was just a glorified sandwich shop that you order from a counter then wait and so on. Not impressed as didn't like the atmosphere. We decided to leave and our next option was 'The Copper Pit'.

Got there nicer atmosphere so we waited to get seated. They were busy as well and noticed they were understaffed (eventually found out one staffer feel sick so they were short). But our guy waiter was running with his head cut off and still did an amazing job.

We ordered our food. Brisket Sandwich with Fries (it was told to be a top pick and it was just that), next a Cheeseburger added mushrooms and fries ( the 6 ounce patties only needed more seasoning otherwise it was very good) last one was the Fettuccine Alfredo(average a little too much sauce but not the worst) ... OVERALL excellent!!!

I loved visiting Princeton and the community it has. And of course i had to go the first restaurant i saw when entering. Good news is I really liked it here! It really did give off the chill and peaceful vibes of Princeton. If you ever decide to visit the town I would recommend stopping by here. Sorry for the bad image quality, I took it on a 3ds

We decided to try this place out — a restaurant — so here’s what I’ll start with. I ordered the baked potato with filling inside. Unfortunately, the potato was quite large but had very little filling. The ribs were a bit fatty, and once they cooled down, they became practically inedible — they had an unpleasant taste.

The service itself wasn’t bad, but we were sitting outside on the restaurant’s patio, and it got pretty cold. We asked if they could give us a blanket or turn on one of those outdoor heaters with a flame to warm up a bit. The staff smiled politely and said they didn’t have either, which I think is a big downside — especially when customers come to relax and spend money at your place. This should have been anticipated, as it’s really uncomfortable. We wanted to stay longer, but since it got too cold, we had to leave early.

Also, the mac and cheese was very disappointing — something seemed off with the recipe or the seasoning; it was completely flavorless, and we couldn’t even eat it. So overall, I’d say if I have the choice next time, I’ll definitely go to a different place.

We split the BBQ platter for one, and each got a salad. The BBQ platter was huge and perfect for the two of us to split. The pulled chicken and the sausage were my favorite items. Through the brisket was a bit tough. The corn bread was really good.

Wow, what tasty food here. I tried the Big Popper burger and my wife had the bacon cheese burger, they were both very tasty! The jalapeño popper alone was worth it. They also had a nearly perfect ceasar salad to accompany it, only bad thing was there wasn't enough...I would definitely be back k and would recommend you try it too. It's worth the trip!!

I honestly never stopped in Princeton. I took a chance and landed at this place. It’s an appropriately named BBQ place that’s kid friendly. The Server was super friendly and made my family feel welcome.

I tried the beef brisket sandwich and it was melt in your mouth delicious.

If you find yourself in Princeton, give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!
