Quelle belle trouvaille! Nous avons pris : dahi poori, baji à l’oignon, papadam, poulet korma, curry de chèvre et lassi à la mangue. Les baji étaient correct sans plus mais tout le reste WOW! Excellent! Goûteux, plein de saveur; le curry et le korma avaient juste assez de piquant. Quand aux dahi poori, simplement sublime, su vous avez une entrée à choisir c’est celle-là!

Very friendly employees who greeted us and ensured we had everything we needed. Remarkable what the two employees could do with 25 of us in the restaurant. They hosted, served, prepared and cooked out meals.

Holy smokes, this place is phenomenal! Excuse the pictures, I took them part way through eating because I'm not really one to photograph my food, and I had my dog in the car so I got take out... Wow! Realistically I could've taken home the butter chicken and the garlic naan and shared it, the portions being generous. This is the best butter chicken I've ever had. Definitely a must-stop if you're in the area!

We loved our Indian meal! The flavors were bold and authentic, with every dish packed with care and savoriness. The service was excellent, and the chefs clearly put passion into their food. A must-try! Don't hesitate to come here. We will definitely be back again.

The Curry House Bancroft 🍛🏡🌲: Such a nice Indian experience! 🇮🇳 I can't imagine in this area (remote area but close to Algonquin Provincial Park) an Indian restaurant with North Indian dishes. We ordered combos for 6 people 🍽️ - plenty of quantity. They provide 2 veg 🥦🌽 and 2 non-veg 🍗🍖 curries and starters. Overall, it's good for a stop on your route 🚗. Ample parking space 🅿️, wheelchair accessible ♿, and clean washrooms 🚽 make it even better. 👌

This was some of the best if not THE best Indian food I've ever had. No hyperbole. I mean it. Crazy that it's right outside Bancroft!

Clearly made with love, none of it was greasy, portion sizes were generous and the cuts of meat used were good (you know how sometimes you get goat and it's nothing but bone? Not the case here). You can tell the difference in quality coming from this family owned restaurant to Indian food even in big city establishments.

Spicy without being hot (unless you want it like that) we tried many different dishes on the menu. Between my father, my wife and myself we couldn't get enough of the flavours. From mango shrimp to garlic nan! The goat curry is phenomenal.

Just wow. Absolutely blown away. They'll even give you red and green chili's to throw into your food if you want it even spicier. I live two hours away but I've been thinking about the meal we had for the past few days.

This sounds like a weird compliment, but again, speaking to the extremely high quality of the food and how delicious it was, I rode my motorcycle back home for two hours and not once the whole night did I get a telltale gurgling in the belly.

Really! Do yourself the favour and go eat here! It's worth it!

Ladies night out!

We shared dinner for 4, which was absolutely delicious. The service was amazing, very tentative to our needs. The prices were very reasonable.

Absolutely recommend that you pop in here and have a bite to eat- you won’t be disappointed 🤤🤤
