10 stars if it was an option. Front desk agent was super friendly and concise and very welcoming! The hotel is modern, well kept and warm. The aura is extremely peaceful and calm. The room is quite possibly one of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in. Very well appointed and curated to create an exceptional experience. Pretty much every detail and nuance you would need to have an excellent stay is thought of. Short of them
Offering a free full stocked bar in each room; this would be a first class top level stay for any person. We had a screaming 7 month old with us and even he was happy. Well done. We will be back .

I decided to treat myself with a one-night stay at this hotel and I am so happy I did. The interior and decor is so beautiful (not to mention, spotless!) and the room had an actual diffuser attachment for the hair dryer. As a curly girl, this was huge for me. I met one person at the reception desk who was very kind and helpful and provided me with a couple of great cafe recommendations.

All in all, this was a great stay and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed at this hotel with 2 friends for a weekend (Friday and Saturday night). Every inch of the hotel is aesthetically stunning and all 3 of us loved how it looked. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant. Our 1-bedroom queen room was gorgeous. The kitchen was fully stocked to be able to cook (though we didn't need to), full fridge, freezer, lots of different drink glasses. There were so many little details in the room that were really well thought-out and themed. I especially liked the little hardcover book that had all the hotel info in it. The only thing that could have been improved would be to have a separate A/C unit in the bedroom. We just kept the bedroom door open so the A/C from the main room would go in, so it was fine. On-site parking was super easy and appreciated. Tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was incredible. Love everything about this place!

This little boutique hotel was amazing. My first time here and I will absolutely go back to Collingwood just to stay here. A retro esthetic, complete with in room record player and vinyl, throwback inspired mini fridge and decor. All the little details were thoroughly curated. Complete with robes and sachets of lavender on your pillow. Throw jn Karen, the best, most lovely front desk customer service rep I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. Completing off the great vibes were the bar/restaurant attached to the lobby. I wish we had booked 2 nights!

This hotel is terrific. The details, the design, the set up and location all perfect. Whoever the interior decorator was nailed it. I stayed here for a couple nights on a corporate retreat and loved it so much I brought my family back up for my wife’s birthday. We came to Collingwood just to stay at this hotel and they loved it. Gave us vibes similar to. Hotel we stayed at in Paris, France but this one was cozier. Can’t tell you how much we love this hotel. A must stay.

We stayed for two nights at the end of August for a birthday weekend. ||Staff were incredibly helpful in making arrangements for our stay including organizing bookings for the nearby Scandinave spa, a RMT and local floral arrangement. Spectacular organizers at the front desk left me having to worry about very little!||The onsite restaurant was also able to accommodate us for a delicious meal with no prior booking and on short notice, it was incredible.||Despite being short staffed our room was turned over on request after we came back from a full day of activities, very attentive service.||All in all this is a marvellously run, centrally located and genuinely charming hotel that wouldn’t be out of place offering this level of service for this price in any major city worldwide.

This boutique hotel is an absolute jewel! Absolutely beautiful. Old vibe with a modern twist. Our room was stunning, comfortable bed, coffee, nice toiletries, pull out bed that’s actually comfortable and everything you need. In the middle of town with lots of walking access to restaurants and shopping. So happy with our stay. One of the best places we’ve stayed.
