A great evening at the Dragon Sports bar in St George. Very friendly staff. Good menu and delicious food. We were a group of 6 and everyone enjoyed their food. Fish and chips, prime rib, hamburger and more. Good selection of cocktails, some beers and wines. We were too full to have dessert, but saw some come out to other tables and looked good 👍. The restaurant is quite large, you probably could get a table walking in, we choose to make a reservation.
Street parking and a free parking lot right across the street.

Great spot for food, drinks, and fun! Dragon Sports Bar in St. George has a fantastic atmosphere with plenty of TVs for watching the game. The food is delicious—generous portions and great flavors, especially their hamburgers. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure you’re well taken care of. Whether you’re grabbing a drink with friends or enjoying a meal, it’s a perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend!

The first time we visited The Dragon was early September when the United Way Burgers Wars fund raiser was going on. Their Burger Wars creation was truly excellent. While there, we had a look at the menu and decided a return trip was in order. I think it must have been a Thursday evening. Our waitress informed us that the special was fish and chips. That got my attention. Fish and chips are a food category all on their own. Many restaurants offer fish and chips on their menu, and few do a note worthy job.
The fish was nicely done, and the batter crisp was not too thick. The fries were properly cooked, tender inside, and golden outside but not overcooked . This will be a regular visit in the future.

Have you tried the dragon Sportsbar ?
Great foods homemade in house , known for their fish and chips, liver onions and their delicious panko chicken fingers.
There in house sauces are delicious and tasty.
You know the food is good if the staff eat and we love food come check us out !
Daily specials and soups are to die for !

Pleasant surprise in the small village of St George ( Paris-Brantford are) . Really nice restaurant pub. Fun decor to look medieval, good food and beer selection too. Will go again.

Found the Dragon from a Facebook post and decided to take my wife out for a date there. As soon as you step in the medieval atmosphere is amazing, and the patio is huge and fits the medieval times theme as well but we opted to stay inside due to the extremely hot weather. We came midday and it was a little busy with a youth soccer team there, And the waitress was apologetic for being busy and about the children being loud. Which we didn't mind at all. Food was good and had very large portions.
Will by coming back on a more regular bases to try the rest of the menu.

We visited The Dragon because of the great Google reviews and pictures of the food.

We had a pound of wings(honey garlic) and a special burger for the United Way.

Service and Atmosphere are top notch. The patio is beautiful and welcoming. Our waitress was on point. It's the only reason I may give them another try.

Unfortunately the food was sub par.

The wings were over cooked. I like crispy wings but the meat should not be like jerky.

The burger looked amazing. But, it was also overcooked. The charred flavor was over powering and the whole burger tasted charred. The burger was topped well with pepper jack, pulled pork, candied bacon, chipotle mayo, sauted onions, red onions, tomato, and pickles. That's a lot of flavours but somehow the charred burger overpowered all of it. It was topped with a jalapeno popper and it was also overcooked the breading was tough.

The french fries were frozen and seemed like the fryer temp was too low as they were saturated in oil.

It was a quiet Wednesday afternoon. Maybe the regular cook was not on duty? I've seen so many great reviews of the food, surely they couldn't have received the food that we did that day.

I rated the entire restaurant a 3. Service and atmosphere was a 5 but unfortunately the quality of food heavily weights my overall review.

First time there with table of 6. The service was fast and friendly. The fries were the best we've ever had. Fish tacos were great.
Quick to clear dirty dishes.
Well deserved 5 stars!
