Nous avons globalement été très déçus de notre expérience dans ce logement.
La suite sunset n'a pas de salle de bain privative, elle est sur le pas de la porte et il y a la machine à laver donc tout le monde peut y accéder. L'eau de la baignoire s'évacuait mal.
Malgré la communication attractive, le lieu n'est pas à la hauteur des photos. Beaucoup de choses qui ne vont pas (la plupart des portes sont à moitié cassées, dures à ouvrir/fermer, la tuyauterie apparente partout au plafond..).
Il y a eu du bruit jusqu'à 2h du matin par l'employée. La maison est très mal insonorisée, on entendait les bruits de pas et les portes qui claquaient.
Enfin nous avions le petit déjeuner prévu à 9h30. A 9h35 il n'y avait toujours personne. Nous avons donc pris contact avec la logeuse, qui était dans les embouteillages. Chose compréhensible, donc nous avons décidé de l'attendre. Elle nous rappelle que le checkout est a 10h malgré le fait que nous l'attendions et qu'elle n'est arrivée qu'à 10h15.
Cela ne vaut clairement pas son prix.

Nous avons été les premiers hôtes ici et vraiment, c’était une expérience inoubliable. Quel lieu magique! Et les hôtes sont absolument adorables. La vue est incroyable, et cet endroit restera gravée dans ma mémoire. La pièce principale, les chambres, la qualité de la literie, le petit-déjeuner: tout était parfait!!

My partner and I stayed at the Halifax Rooftop Airbnb in September, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered stunning rooftop views that made our mornings and evenings so relaxing.||The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their hospitality really made us feel at home.||We also loved the continental grab-and-go breakfast — it was fresh, convenient, and had a great selection to start our day right before exploring the city.||Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Halifax. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this gem to our friends and family!

Cozy, quaint stay. Easy guest suites with simple layout. Most have private washrooms with one sharing with washer and dryer. Love the open concept. More grab and go style breakfast rather than sit. Great hosts.

Well this was a disappointment. We had high hopes for the HFX Rooftop. All the instagram images made it look stunning. Someone has put a lot of money into this place but unfortunately they are not maintaining. There were broken doors, the jet tub in the penthouse was broken and the overall vibe was not welcoming. We felt like we were interrupting someone else's life. That and the request to strip the bed had be me feeling like the cleanup crew. When I went to take the duvet cover off I realized I couldn't and that it was dirty...sigh. With some TLC and focus on hosting this place could be amazing. Sorry it's just not there.

Excellent stay in our guest suite. We booked with another couple and had an exceptional time, securing two suites next to each other. Breakfast is more grab-and-go style but it was efficient and pleasant. Amirah made us a great coffee! Highly recommend.

This place looks amazing and high end in photos. But its misleading and honeslty quite disappointing. Upon check in, our bed sheets had clumps of hair on them. When pointed out, the male and female staff seemed annoyed that I wanted the sheets changed. As I kindly helped them to changed the sheets, the mattress cover was covered in bloodstains. How was this not seen when the bed was made? So, after a fresh change of layers of fresh covers, sheets and blankets, I went outdoors to enjoy the view. Only to find somebody's dirty socks on the balcony. Clearly, this place is not being disinfected or cleaned thoroughly. The common areas had the same dirt on the floor for days and counter areas were unwiped. Our last day, The hostess making breakfast in the morning, ripped the cheese package open ...with her teeth. Yes, with her teeth!!! We ate breakfast elsewhere. This made me question whether or not public health and hygenic practices are being followed through in this place. I cleaned out the jetted tub myself before using it as I was worried I would get a bacterial infection from lack of cleanliness. Our bath mat was still.wet upon check in from the person who must used it that morning?-gross. All linens, towels, bathmats, blankets and cloths should be washed EVERY time a guest leaves!!!!! Also, please repair doors, etc when they are broken! ||Although we tried to enjoy ourselves during pur stay, our cons list was far too long. Gross and disappointing.

The location was excellent, and the availability of free parking was appreciated, along with the host's responsiveness and the house's beauty.

However, there were some cleanliness concerns, including dust in the bedroom, dirty mirrors and floors , kitchen table was definitely not cleaned every day , and dry plant leaves in the living room.

The rooftop was unfortunately unusable due to the noise from the 5 air conditioning units.

The breakfast provided did not match the advertised selection of local bakery sandwiches, as it consisted of toast with peanut butter and boiled eggs.

Moreover, the pictures on the booking site were misleading, and I was unaware that the shower and toilet were located across from the bed without any privacy divider.
